It seems like everyone is either pregnant or just had a baby these days!   When I was pregnant with Broxton, my best friend Cindy asked for everyone to give a book instead of a card for my gifts.  That set up a great library for us and it was great to be able to have these books out with sweet messages, instead of in a box just packed away. Update - these books are getting ready to go into a local Little Free Library so that others can enjoy them as we did!   Sports has a funny way of pulling people together.  It is fun to go to a game, to give a friend a hard time about their team if it isn't yours.  I personally love college football the most, but being as though I worked at a sports bar before becoming a mom, I do know a little about several sports.  I have always been a fan of reading, but you hear people saying that they don't like to read!   (Yes, they are out there!)   That being said, it was awesome to get a few books that talk sports, as it would totally grab the attention of some that might say they don't enjoy reading!    FTC Compliant Review Policy:    The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or representing PR agency for the sole purpose of product testing.  I am so excited that we are finally getting Little Free Libraries in our area!  We were lucky to get one donated and now placed at Albany ENT and since then, I have found more places want to join in!   It is good to have good news these days!   We had another one donated and painted that will be going out soon, so that means we are going through our books at home to see which ones we will be able to part with to add to the local Little Free Library!  (I have been able to get the ball rolling to get a few more placed soon, just need to get the libraries and we already have permission to post them!)  That being said, here are a couple books that might be donated, but as with all books, I can not get rid of all of them.  We absolutely LOVE Josh Funk, so his books will not be going anywhere, but there are some that we have enjoyed long enough and want to share with others!  (Don't worry, we have bought Josh Funk books and given them as gifts through the years, so I am not being greedy

Are you a fan of bath bombs or no?  I enjoy them from time to time and now that I have found some that are "kid" friendly... Quarantine means bringing back some "oldie but goodies" these days!!!  Spies in Disguise was one that Savannah asked to watch again during our days home, so you know we grabbed the drinks and snacks and enjoyed!   We all know how much the kids and I enjoy movie dates around here.  While we love the theaters, let's be real... there are lots of great movies, but not enough money in my bank account to afford those dates!   We try to rotate movies at the theater with home movie nights, so it works out great for us!  We were excited to get the chance to review Spies In Disguise.  Will Smith and Tom Holland?  Yes, I think so!  The funny part?  One turns into a pigeon!   Ha!  I have tried many different subscription boxes over the years. I will be honest, one of the hard things about being a single mama of 2 small kids is sometimes you feel like it would be awesome to get a "just because" gift, but there is no one to give it to you.  It was fun checking out different boxes so that a surprise would come and I didn't have a clue what was in there... Unfortunately most of the subscriptions boxes were filled with makeup and what not.  I am sorry, but getting a singles box or a self care box and having it have makeup products, it doesn't do anything for me.  I rarely wear makeup and to top it off, that sends me a message I need to make myself up to be someone else... but I don't feel I do.  Saying all of that to say this... Bringing back another good one.  Our internet is so iffy these days, it really stinks to have to admit it, especially with the fact of needing to use it for them to do their school work while quarantined.  Good for us, we have a great collection of DVD's to pick and choose from when it is time for movie night (*or day, right now!)   When we watched the first Secret Life of Pets, we laughed so hard!  It was so funny  and while we don't have pets of our own, it made us laugh and giggle watching it.  When we saw the previews for Secret Life of Pets 2, all three of us knew that we would be wanting to watch this as soon as it was available.  We laughed so hard and have watched it numerous times since then!  Make sure to check it out, you are sure to laugh!   FTC Compliant Review Policy:    The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or representing PR agency for the sole purpose of product testing. Bringing back another classic one for us to re-watch.  Highly doubtful that anyone has put this on the shelf to forget, but just in case you need a friendly reminder to watch it again, HERE YOU GO!  I love that we love this movie as much as the first one, but I love when my sweet girl sings the songs to me!! You guys!  When Frozen came out, we absolutely loved it.  Of course that meant that seeing Frozen II was a MUST!   We made a movie date out of it, Yes...we even had to make Broxton go with us... you know, because it is a girl movie...
