Modern Family on DVD is a For Sure Laugh #HolidayGiftGuide

Image
I will admit, Modern Family isn't a show that I watch on a regular basis, but the times I do watch, I catch myself cracking up! You know, LOL ... but really OUT LOUD!!! Even when they show clips of the show before the different actors appear on talk shows, it is just that funny. When they won all sorts of awards (how many did the end up with? All of them?) I knew that it was because the deserved it. You know how sometimes a movie gets all the recognition, but ends up being a dud? This is not the case with this television show... I am sure you wonder why I think it is THAT funny, but I am not a regular watcher... Well, truthfully, I have another show that I watch at that time... Anyways... If you love TV on DVD or know someone who does... This is a great set to add!!!!! Summary : America's favorite extended family is back for even more laughs when Modern Family: The Complete Second Season arrives on Blu -ray and DVD September 20 th from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entert...

Get Ready To Laugh! Raising Hope Season One DVD Out 9/20

Image
Please tell me that you have heard of this show... Raising Hope? It comes on after Glee and I have to tell you, it is HILARIOUS!!!! Marc and I watched it the first night it came on and we tried to watch it every single week. It was one of our "must see" shows. We would literally crack up laughing for the entire show. Long story short, Jimmy (the son, bottom guy in the DVD cover) has a one night hook up with this chic and the next morning, they see her on the news WANTED FOR MURDER. While in jail, she contacts Jimmy to let him know she is pregnant and he is the father. He ends up getting her and names her "Hope," hence the name of the show! The series shows how he struggles with raising a daughter, while he is still just a kid himself. While dealing with being a first time dad, he is lucky enough to have the help of his parents, as he still lives at home. You can not beat watching Martha Plimpton and Garret Dillahunt as the grandparents of Hope! They are just ...
