Broxton loves to build.  He loves building blocks, but he will also build with just about anything he can get his hands on.  Yes, that includes taking my wooden domino's and using them to build walls for his army men. When I was given the chance to review a new toy out there, BRACKITZ, I knew this would be fun for all of us! I thought the Brackitz set was loads of fun.  They come in fun colors and are perfect sized for little hands and big ones too!   The only thing I did not like?  For some reason, all toys / games/ building sets don't seem to come in a storage system to my liking.  I understand cutting down on cost by packing in light cardboard packaging, but even if it wa...

That doesn't mean that fun and memories have to end.  We were recently sen the KidiZoom Smartwatch from VTech for review and it is just the coolest thing!!  I am amazed at how much kids toys advance from year to year!  I was excited with a coloring book and crayons when I was 5 ...  and here he is with a SMARTWATCH that is perfectly sized just for him!   The KidiZoom watch is available in 4 colors, perfect for the budding fashion star you know!   The colors offered are WHITE, GREEN, BLUE or PINK.   We were sent ...

Since Broxton loves sports, we have several of the Lil Teammates that we have reviewed in the past...   Back when I went to the AmericasMart, I learned that they would eventually be releasing Lil Troops and you know we were SO EXCITED!    After the LONG WAIT...  We finally got an awesome toy to review!   Since daddy is Infantry, you know that we were thrilled to get the Infantryman for review...   The other we  received ?  The dessert trooper.  You know that we were thrilled with them and Broxton has been playing with them over and over again... I thought he would for sure add them with his Lil' ...

Broxton is wants to be just like his daddy to the point that it is not even funny. He is ALL boy.. He loves anything transportation, trains, planes, cars, trucks, tractors...  Of course, he also loves anything ARMY and most anything sports.. We were so lucky to have the chance to review CAT Iron Diesel Train from Toy State , I knew Broxton was going to absolutely LOVE it..   We have been running errands like crazy lately and Broxton has been so good, so I thought it would be a nice reward for him to get this as a special treat one day last week. I told him he had an extra special surprise and he was so excited! We opened up the train box and were soon ready to go..  Mom complaint here:  They had the train put into that thick Styrofoam.  I personally did not like the way it was packaged,  I wish they would have used the hated twist ties before they used the Styrofoam, but that is just me... Soon enough we were ready to...

I have mentioned numerous times how much I love reading and that I hope my love of reading is passed down to Broxton . When he was first born, we started reading... Yes, he also read with his mouth, as ALL of his board books from that time can show you! I wish I would have known of SoftPlay books at that point, but once again, I am a little late to that party! Lucky for me, they also have books geared to the 2+ age group, so Broxton was able to check it out! We were sent two books and Broxton has enjoyed them both! The first book : Things that Go. The second book : Numbers. Have you ever seen a SoftPlay Lift and Look Book before? Let me see if I can try and explain. It is made out of that foamy material. Soft enough to not hurt a child, but hard enough that it isn't like a sponge. It is thick like a board book. On top of the foam is the paper part that makes the book. They use BRIGHT colors and SHINY paper to make it eye catching! Then, on each page... There are the area...

We have been reviewing one of the coolest toys that I think I have seen in quite some time! Do you know someone who loves building things? Broxton loves to build and stack and play and tear down. Over and over again!!! Then, I saw them! Smarks Talking Kids Blocks ! We received the Smarks 70 Piece Building Set . They are big building blocks, perfect for little hands! I love that they come in a nice sized sturdy box. (With room for the additional blocks in there!) The box made it perfect for us to take them with us when we went to my parents house for the weekend!!! We just threw the box in the back of the car... Got there and Broxton carried the box in! What makes Smarks so special? Well, there are several reasons... Let me tell you a few that I like the best: One - They help to learn your numbers! Two - They help you to learn your shapes! Three- (No picture of this... But, they talk!) Example - There is a pink block and it says, " I am pink like a flamingo, but I don't k...

We had planned to go to the beach or something this year... My aunt has a place and we wanted to go to get away for a few days... But, it just did not work out for us. I was excited, as Broxton hasn't seen sand since he was just a baby... Also, we had a new toy for review and I was ready to play and have a blast with it! What new toy would make it for a road trip? Well, the crazy HandTrux !!!! Have you see this thing? If you live anywhere that your kid can dig... Or you go to the beach/mountains... This is something you have got to add to your wish list! Basically, you just put your arm in it... and your hand holds onto this little bar. You then use it like your hand, but it is also like a backhoe! Living in an apartment, we had no where to try it out. So, when we went to visit my parents, we got to use it for a bit... I pulled it out and let Broxton play in the dirt with it... Now, my mom was worried we were going to dig the whole back yard up. (The yard is grass,...

As you know, we love being outside. We love playing with anything and everything... but one of our favorites? BUBBLES! We love bubbles, as you know by now. You can only guess how happy I was when I saw the cool bubble toys that Gazillion Bubbles has to offer! We looked at all the cool toys they have and wow, they have plenty! We decided that the best toy for us to review would be the Gazillion Bubbles Cyclone ! The best thing, is that it is battery operated! That means that I do not have to sit there and blow bubbles for hours on end! I surprised Broxton and told him to get his cars to go outside. We got outside and I pulled the box over. It was pretty easy to deal with. I admit, I got frustrated, because I was having a hard time getting the battery compartment open... Or so I thought. Marc came to the rescue and showed me that I had indeed opened it, I was just stressing over nothing! Shhhhhhhh , I know! Anyways, we put in the batteries and then screwed the bottle of bubble solution...
