Newest Release in Walt Disney Signature Collection - #Cinderella #Ad

Being a mom is one of the greatest blessings in my life.  I love my two children more than they will ever know.  Each one brings joy and excitement in what they like and dislike.  Broxton had Disney movies that were/are his favorite and now Savannah is coming more and more into her own as well.  She loves her a wide variety of characters, but it melts this mama's heart when she wants to play princess.  My brother gave her a dress up box of Princess clothes a few years ago and of course her theme for a birthday party was princess last year.  When Disney announced they were releasing an Anniversary Edition of Cinderella, I knew I wanted to add it to the collection.  To say we have watched it once or twice would be an understatement!  My little Cinderella! We recently watched Disney's Cinderella and I absolutely loved it.  The movie was great (maybe I don't remember much of the story, so I was hooked from the start.)  Another great thing I enjoyed about the movie?  Their costumes!   The dresses they wore were absolutely beautiful, well, minus the step sisters!  Check out this clip:

I was so excited when I was given the chance to review the Blu-Ray when it was released.   I started the movie while he was busy playing with his Army Men and Trains...  Something he heard caught his attention, so he started popping his head in from time to time to see what was going on.  Saying this to let you know that it might not be just a "princess story" and that kids of all ages could enjoy it. One reason I wanted to see the movie was because, hello, it was Cinderell...

School is about to start here, but that doesn't mean that the reading has to end.  I know that kids have a good amount of school work, but lucky for us, some of it includes nightly reading.  When I was growing up, my Nana would make me read the newspaper to her, she said it would help with my reading and my vocabulary.  I did it, but I know I would have had more fun reading books that were filled with characters I loved too!!! (She did take me to the library all the time, so no worries, I had fun reading material too!)  Anyways, I wanted to share a few new books from Disney Publishing.  If you don't want to add to your home library, think about buying a couple and donating them to your local school...

Cinderella is a story about love for all.  I was excited to read these, since it has been quite a while since I have read or seen Cinderella...     In the first book, Cinderella, the artist took a different approach to the typical Disney Illustrations and the story isn't exactly the way I remembered it, but it did bring a smile to my face knowing that Cinderella found the love she was always looking for!   The second book has several stories in one and both books are sure to make any princess fan smile!   Cinderella - This will be available for purchase at the end of January 2015.   “This is a story about darkness and light, about sorrow and joy, about something lost and somethi...

OH MY GOODNESS!!!   Talk about a MUST HAVE!!!  Do you have a princess in your life?  If so---  I know a book you just must get!!!   Dear Princess    is the name and you will fall in love. In this book, you see the different characters from the stories you love delivering a letter to their Princess.  ( Gus delivered to Cinderella, Max to Ariel, Pascal to Rapunzel... You get the picture...)    Then, you turn the page and get to read the letter that was sent to them, it is actually a folded letter, so they get to unfold it and read it... with the official seals and all ... Followed by the response they pen back!!   The best part?  The last letter is to someone...
