Mamma Chia - #SeedYourSoul

Image
Mamma Chia is a product line that is new to me.  Let me be honest, for the longest time, I thought "chia" was just something for the "chia pets" I did not realize it was a little seed that was healthy for you!   I was recently sent several products from the Mamma Chia line and I learned that a big majority in me liking a food or not has a WHOLE lot to do with the texture.  I will share more about the products in a minute, but I wanted to point out...  I LOVED the chia bars, they were full of flavor. I was not really a fan of the drinks (or the pouches) though.  It was weird, I loved the flavor of them (*especially the one with ginger in it) but I could not get past the taste to drink the whole bottle.  No one needs to worry about us wasting any of it, because Marc really took to liking them and enjoyed the whole product line while working!    Image Credit - Mamma Chia  ·           Soulful Gr...

You know how things come yearly and you make a point to put it on the calendar? Well, I have an expo to tell you about that you might want to mark down for next year! I recently had the chance to attend the Alive Expo and to tell you that they have loads of information would be an understatement.  From what I figured out, this event is held in Atlanta each year and both large and small companies come to tell you what they have to offer. I was surprised at the number of booths there. They had lotions and potions, foods and oils...  the best part was that if you are totally new to the "health and wellness" scene, many of these companies were giving out samples for you to try before investing in them. ...

“ Cardinal  Health sent me this product to try, and donated to a charity of my choice.” When I had Broxton, I was a bit surprised at what I needed once I came home from the hospital.  I admit that I did not give much thought to what I might need, I was just worried about being a good mom and him being okay.  Lucky for me, my mom came to stay with me and was a big help running to get things I needed that I had no clue about. Fast forward to this time around. I made it a point to have nursing bra's, nursing covers, all the odds and ends for breast feeding.  I made it a point to tell a first time mom friend of mine that she needed to make sure she had plenty of pads for when she came home, that was one thing I totally did not think about first time around.   It doesn't matter if you are having a vaginal birth or a c-section, it is going to hurt down there and you need to make sure you are cared for at home, just as you were at the hospital.  That is w...

Not even sure how accurate it is these days.)  Not only does it look nice, it is full of information for you!  Check it out:     Image Credit - Amazon   What makes the C...

Opinions expressed are my own and are NOT influenced by monetary compensation. How often do you go and get your eyes checked?  You know you should go yearly... but I will admit that I was not the best at doing so... Recently, I asked my eye doctor of a million years if they would let me buy a pair of contacts until I could get back to get my eyes examined... They quickly told me "NO!"  and I learned that it had been YEARS since I had last been seen.. I guess time really flies, because I though for sure I was right around the one year mark... I will not tell you how long they said it had been, but once they did... It all came back to me...  So, I knew it was LONG overdue and I scheduled an appointment at a local place near us...  I am glad I did, since I had been having major...

Opinions expressed are my own and are NOT influenced by monetary compensation. In working with Zim's Products in the past, I was given the chance to work with them in the new release of their latest products...  The Arnica Zim's Max and the Zim's Advanced Gel.  I was eager to try the Arnica Max Gel as Marc had bruised his leg and I wanted to see if it would help him.  As soon as I applied it, he immediately said he felt a bit of relief. I have actually been able to use one of the products on Broxton.  His eczema started to flare and I applied it to him at night before bed... as he always does, he fought me to put it on him... but once it was on, he was fine and did not seem to be bothered by it.   We have really enjoyed being able to use Natural products without worrying ...

Opinions expressed are my own and are NOT influenced by monetary compensation. As a blogger, I get to learn about all sorts of new products and items...  One item I was thrilled to learn about was Salonpas.   If you remember, a bit ago we were sent Salonpas patches for review and both Marc and my mom were rather impressed...  My mom has issues with her knees and her back...  sees a doctor for it and is on medication.. but she swears by these Salonpas patches.   Anyways, I was contacted to see if I wanted to review their newest product...  Salonpas Gel.  I was eager to get my moms opinion on it, since she is in love with the patches and guess what... She is sold on this now too!!!   I thought for sure that she would not like this (sin...

As I mentioned, I had a great time at the AmericasMart Market ...  I learned about so many products and I am so glad to get to share some of my findings with you!!! One that I learned of? The Chilly Pad.   I will tell you now, I have seen this in different stores and I have thought about buying it.. It did not work...  So, I was not about to strike out again with another cooling product that was just a joke...  (This is now 2 products for my mom that didn't work... Was this...
