SeaPak is HOME in our Freezer - Review & Giveaway


I make no secret of the fact that I can not cook...
So, you know I will try anything and everything to make easy meals.

With Marc being from New Orleans and loving their food...
(I have to agree, it is SO GOOD!)
Anyways, I was able to review a couple items from SeaPak, I was so excited!
For several reasons...

One, they are based out of St. Simmons, Georgia...
Talk about being at home!
They have been around for over 60 years, so we can all agree they are doing somethings right!

Now, they don't make your typical fish-sticks and what not..
They make YUMMY FOOD!

The first thing that we reviewed was their Popcorn Shrimp.
I bought it with the intent of making it for all three of us...
Just did not know what sides to go with it...
BOOM.
It hit me...
Marc, New Orleans...
Mardi Gras around the corner...

SHRIMP PO'BOYS!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, so yummy!
Very impressed with how it looked...
So, I had to take a picture for us!
I did not really know what I was doing...
So I just tried my best!
I got a loaf of French Bread, if you have ever been to New Orleans, everything is HUGE there...
Cut the bread and then "dressed" our po'boys...
Added mayo, lettuce and tomato.
Then, PILED on the shrimp!

The popcorn shrimp worked PERFECT!
Marc was impressed...
Broxton enjoyed the shrimp too!
After making these, we still have plenty of shrimp left...
So, I headed on over to their website...
You can click on your product of choice and they have recipes listed to help you!
(No, I did not click on the Po'Boy one, I like mine... No need to see if I did anything wrong! lol)

One thing I love about SeaPak is their packaging...
The bag of popcorn shrimp holds around 180 pieces of shrimp.
It comes in a resealable bag to keep it fresh and also takes up less space than the boxes you normally get!


The other item we got?
Their brand new Popcorn Fish!
I received an email that it was coming out, so of course, I wanted to try it!

These are really great!
You can use these as part of your meal, or for an appetizer!
Game days?
Snack on these after the game!
(Or during, if you are watching on tv!)
I think we will be having these for dinner tonight, maybe with the honey mustard dipping sauce?
I am not sure, there are several great sounding recipes they offer, so not sure what to try this time!
I like how they are small, nugget like...
Crunchy outside with fluffy fishy yummy inside!
These also come in the resealable bag... that also stores better than boxes!
SeaPak did a great job with their packaging in my opinion!

With it being Mardi Gras time, I think everyone should go grab a couple bags of their shrimp...
Make a few Po'Boys and celebrate!!!!

Please let me go ahead and just say... I think/KNOW that the PowerMat will be one of the HOTTEST items this year! Have you heard of this? I mean, seriously! This is Awesome and I am using that since I can not think of any other way to explain it... (Are there really words that would explain something this cool?!)
