Quick Fix Dinner with Tyson Mini Sandwiches #TysonGoodness #CBias

Nothing is worse that running all day and then having to come home and prepare dinner.
Think about it, you stay late at work... Get home and realize it's already time for dinner... but what to fix? Fast?! Or, a kids sporting event or school activity keeps you late and then you still have to come home and cook dinner. Time flies so much these days, I for one would rather visit with family instead of stay in the kitchen all night. Lucky for us, I don't have these problems yet... But I will...

Our problem is Marc's work schedule.
He works such crazy hours... It isn't like we can just leave a plate in the microwave or anything... I normally fix dinner and try to have him plenty of food that he can just heat up whenever... but it isn't always so easy! There are days when Broxton and I want to veg out on a salad, but I know Marc would think he was at the wrong house if I expected him to eat that... Those days, I just make a meal for him separately.

Tyson is here to help!
We have eaten Tyson products before... Hey, I am not ashamed to admit that I am a fan of frozen foods! They are sometimes the quickest solution for us... They now have Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches. Have you tried them? They are at select locations, so you need to check that out first. Click on over to my Google + page to read about that fun trip ....

Moving along from that story, we decided to have the Mini Chicken Sandwiches for dinner tonight. Not that I was surprised or anything, since it was Tyson, but they were very good!
I made some for Marc with mayonnaise and cheese... On mine, I had mayonnaise and spicy mustard. Broxton just had mayonnaise. I added BBQ sauce to one of mine (that Broxton later decided he wanted... then, decided that he no longer liked BBQ sauce!) so, we aren't so sure how that turned out... I am thinking though... BBQ and chicken, nothing wrong with that!
Next up? I want to try it with ranch and bacon! You know, make my own version of other sandwiches!
It was easy to make. Not to mention fast. Less than 2 minutes and you are done!
We had sweet potato fries to go along with it and they were pretty tasty as well!
Let me tell you three things I really like about these sandwiches besides the taste...
One - you can take them out of the box and just keep them in their wrappers... Takes up less room in the refrigerator and the cooking instructions are on the wrapper, so no worries about that!
Two- you can cut the label out and it turn them in to your school. Their "A+ program" gives the school money back! I love it when you give back!!!!
Three- Right now, you can purchase two boxes and get a $5 Wal-Mart gift card by mail.. (WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.) The boxes at my Wal-Mart were like $5.14 so, it is almost like a buy one get one free deal!!!!

So, whether you are trying to get a quick meal on the table or preparing a quick afternoon snack... Keep a box or two of the Tyson Chicken Mini Sandwiches in your fridge! Your family (and your taste-buds!) will thank you!!!
