Minions The Rise of Gru #Review #movienight

As long as I can remember, Savannah has loved the Minions... When she was just a little bitty fan, she would only call them "guy"   all of them... If she spotted a movie, "There's Guy"  in the store... wherever...  We even had to make minion kindness rocks back when we first started them!  Broxton has enjoyed the movies, but not as much as Savannah and guy.  She now knows they are minions and never says "guy" (I miss that age though!)  She still loves them!  When she spotted the new movie, Minions The Rise of Gru, she wanted to go see it so bad!  Unfortunately, movies can be rather expensive these days... especially when you add in snacks.. so we don't go to see all of the ones we would like to. When I was given the chance to review this, I knew I had to do so... just because my girl was going to be so excited!  It arrived and I just sat in on the counter... she immediately spotted it and asked if we were going to have movie night so that we could watch it. (We can do home movie nights MUCH MORE often than the theater... sometimes even on a school night!)  So, if you follow me on Instagram, you know we watched the other night and she loved it.
I will admit, it took me a bit to get into it, as I was doing other things... but I did finally focus on the movie and I thought it was cute.  I said I would give it 8 out of 10 bananas (since I didn't watch the whole thing... )  She, on the other hand, gave it 10 out of 10 bananas!
