Aloha Friday #6

I love Fridays....
I think I like them so much because of Aloha Fridays.
You know, Kailani over at Island Life does this...
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that they take easy. That and of course, get ready for the weekend! So, she has you post a question... and answer hers.
Very simple...
So...
Here is mine:

How did you come up with your blog name?

My answer:
Broxton likes to jump. We have an exersaucer for him. He jumps in it... to the point now that he moves it across the room by jumping! :) but the name... he jumps when someone tries to hold him in their lap. he jumps in the exersaucer... everywhere... HE JUMPS!
He is OUR JUMPIN BEAN!
So, that is where it came from..
Go ahead, answer mine, go visit Kailani at Island Life and answer hers, post your own...
Then, RELAX! It is FRIDAY!

  3. Cute!! I love to learn how people come up with their blog names. Mine is Chocolate Fingerprints. When my husband and I got married, our son was two years old, and I specifically bought a pretty casual wedding dress, so I could wear it again. My son snuck a bunch of Andes Mints at the reception, and I ended up with little chocolate fingerprints all over the collar of my dress. I never wore the dress again, because I didn't have the heart to dry clean those fingerprints off. I like to think of the sweet little moments I have each day with my kids as them leaving their little chocolate fingerprints on my heart...so Chocolate Fingerprints it is! :D

I later changed it to At Home with Auntie E because Critter was coming other a lot and he love Being Busy like a bee at my house.

  5. TheAngelForever is a name that I came up with in college. My best friend at the time was known as the Gremlin and I joked I would always be the angel of the duo. I met my hubby using that name and it has stuck.

  8. Oh, I love the jumping babies!! They have so much fun in those exersaucers, don't they?
My blog name (Ladybug Soup) comes from an icky story, LOL. Let's just say there really was a ladybug in my soup! Ever since I have really disliked them, but all of my old friends thought it was funny so they'd give me gifts with ladybugs on them. I was trying to come up with something unique to me, and that's what came to mind. Thinking back, I would have named it something different. But I guess it's original :)

  9. My nickname was Smellyann, given by my sister... I had an old blog on MySpace but discontinued it in search of a "real" blog server, so that's why I put "Strikes Again." I kind of hate it though, lol

  16. That was a tough one. I'm all about branding, so I needed something different. I made up a new word. Momspective. :)

  17. I made my name up when I had no idea where my blog was going. It was just my own thoughts from a jumbled, silly perspective. Now I'm stuck with it, LOL

  19. I have always used my name. I am a Christian author, Bible teacher and speaker. I write studies for MOMS in particular and I wanted the MOMS that I teach to be able to find me easily. I have churches that use my Bible studies and the accompanying DVDS, so I wanted them to be able to connect with me online. I write to encourage MOMS in the fine art of Christian parenting, so that I why I use my own name. But I do enjoy the creativity that others have used to creative "alternative identities" on their blogs.

I am no not a morning person but children do tend to want MOMMA to get up and play!Blessings.
