We were able to review the Hey UGLY CD and let me just tell you...
It is full of laughter!
Seriously, for 60 minutes...
Straight laughter.
I played it with Marc and Broxton and they were both a bit confused as to why you would want to just listen to laughter...
I played it again just for me and it does lift your mood a little.

Do you even know how great laughter is for you?
Besides the fact that laughter is contagious...

It has health benefits.

A few things they bring up:
Great exercise - tightens abs
Laughter increases blood pressure and heart rate. Once you stop, it returns to normal, but you are helping your immune system.
