Phone Home a Hit with The Movie- ET #Review

When I was younger... much younger... I have been told that the first movie I ever went and saw in the movie theater was ET.  I actually don't remember that, but I do remember that I had a little ET doll when I was younger.  It was made out of this leather type material and had a red finger tip and everything.. I have tried getting my kids to enjoy movies that I liked when I was younger, but they really never put forth the effort to try and amuse me... I am crossing my fingers that they enjoy a piece of my childhood with ET!!!

We were sent ET for review. I was a million percent excited about watching the movie... Lining up a movie night with the kids to watch it now!   I wish I would have planned ahead and we would have had pizza and Reese's Pieces, but I was just excited to have them home watching a movie with me!  The hustle and bustle of things really speed up for us starting in October... We have all the different Halloween functions, then Thanksgiving.. then everything getting ready for Christmas! While we have all this going on and school and work and everything else, I am making it a point to have movie night at least once a week during this time for us to SLOW DOWN and ENJOY EACH OTHER! This time doesn't last that long!  Throw it under the tree for a loved one to either experience it for the first time, or to have a trip down memory lane and share with others!!!

Were you a fan of ET?  Do your kids like it?
