Around here, it is almost time for Winter Break.  I can not say it is almost time for winter, as it sure doesn't feel like it. Yesterday we were enjoying temperatures in the 70's,.. doesn't feel that "wintery" yet around here.  With the colder temperatures (hopefully) on the way and school almost out for a few weeks, we will be looking for something fun and exciting to do INDOORS if it gets too bad outside.  I was excited when a package arrived with a cute selection of board books. They will be perfect for Savannah as she gets older and it will be cute to get Broxton moving this holiday season!

Up first, Santa Shimmy.
You get to Shake it fast.  Shake it slow.  March March March with a HO HO HO!!!!
Cute illustrations inside.  Love the little girl shimmying along with Santa.
Then we have the Snowman Shuffle.
In this one, you get to spin like a snowflake in a winter storm.
I love that we have a series of books, but the same characters are not in each one. Diversity is great!
Next, get ready to boogie with the elf!!!
You can also wrap some presents.  Put on a show!!
Look at all the movement in each book!
(None of the moves are the same!)

To round out the Christmas characters, we get to dance with the reindeer!
Put your hands on your head make antlers up on top.
Out of all of the books, Savannah seemed to enjoy the Elf Boogie the most.  As I said, the older she gets, the more we will get to enjoy them.  I love that they are board books and that they have such cute illustrations!
Make sure you add them to your holiday traditions soon!!!
(It would be cute to see the grandparents doing all the fun things with their grandchildren. This would also make a great gift idea for any preschool teachers!)

  1. Those are fun books. We just gave some easy Christmas books to the library. We figured we should donate to them, since they give us so much.
