@MrsRenfros Spices Those Meals Up!

We all know when it comes to cooking that I can always use the extra help.
Not that I am a bad cook, I am just not that big on exploring and creating new dishes...
I get paranoid that I will work my butt off to make a great dish, but then not like a certain spice and the whole meal be a waste... I am doing better with it now, but it is a slow process.

That was why I was pretty excited to have the chance to work with Mrs. Renfro's Gourmet Salsas.
Since 1940, Mrs, Renfro's Salsas has been making a name for themselves...
They have changed with the times to continue to create products that the customer will love and let me tell you, they do not disappoint.

We had the chance to try out a couple of them and wow...
I actually used one as a sauce for a pasta dish.. and I thought Marc was going to lick the bowl clean!
With his weird work schedule, I had made him a meal and left it for when he got home... We used the Garlic Salsa and he went on and on about how great it was... I was then a bit disappointed that I did not at least steal a taste, but I honestly thought there would be some left over, so I did not worry about it..  It was labeled as a "Roasted Garlic .  Medium Heat" so I was hopeful that it would not be too hot for him... He said he did not notice it being that bad at all (guess not since he ate it all!)
We also tried one of the salsa's over chicken once.
Another meal had me using it mixed with chicken, rice and veggies.
I have really enjoyed the way that Mrs. Renfro's Salsa spices it up and has a wide variety of heat to appeal to any and all salsa fans.
NOTICE -  If you have a foodie that loves HOT... Mrs. Renfro's Gourmet Salsa's even has the worlds hottest pepper in a salsa... That is right... GHOST PEPPER!!!!

Yikes!!!!!
