Once Upon A Book Club - Subscription Box Review

Image
Okay y'all, let me just tell you...  If you know me, you KNOW I very rarely spend money on myself.  I am not one to go and buy myself new clothes / shoes or items just because.  I spend my money on my kiddos!  Especially when it comes to the holidays!  I have had my eye on ONCE UPON A BOOKCLUB since the first time it crossed my feed, but I knew I would not be trying it, since that would mean spending money on ME instead of THEM.   I was so excited when I got the opportunity to review one and let me just say... I have told everyone I cross paths with about this, so now it is time to tell you guys!   FTC Compliant Review Policy:    The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or representing PR agency for the sole purpose of product testing. ManukaGuard #Review

When Savannah was born, we quickly learned that she has SEVERAL allergies.  She is allergic to dirt, grass, shrimp... the list goes on and on... Most of her "allergies" just cause her eczema to flare up... and I am not going to have her live in a bubble, so we just deal with it.  Lately, she has been getting colds and what not... We went to get her tested to make sure it was nothing more and we were informed that she is actually having these symptoms due to the allergies. She was put on nose spray and allergy medicine to try and help.  Next thing I know, we were sent ManukaGuard Sinus spray.  We have not started this yet... but I did want to go ahead and share with you all the products available at ManukaGuard.... For the Grill Master - Casa M Spice #Review

You know how you have those people in your life that are just so hard to buy for?  Like, there is NOTHING that they "NEED" because as soon as they need or want something, they go ahead and buy it.  Yeah... those people...  My mom and dad are two of them, that is 100 % for sure... another is my friend Scott.  You see, he is very laid back and never really wants or needs anything.. the times when he might "like" something, my friend Shanda (his wife) gets it for him, or he gets it himself.  He had a birthday recently and no one knew what to get him... He is so quiet and to himself, but I know how much he likes grilling/ cooking... That being said, I thought the Casa M Spice set would be perfect for him!   FTC Compliant Review Policy:    The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or repreenting PR agency for the sole purpose of product testing. Making the Grade: 5 Test Taking Survival Tips #GUESTPOST

Broxton is at that age where he is having tests quite often. This year has been really challenging for him, but after talking to his teachers, we hope he seems to be getting back on track and we can make up and get things in the right direction.  I thought this was a great time to share and maybe you know someone that can use these tips...  Making the Grade: 5 Test Taking Survival Tips  Regardless of age, studying then taking a test, comes with a lot of mental energy, worry and anxiety. For some, multiple choice exams are a breeze. For others, it’s an analytical mind-game leading to one’s head spinning over choosing a, b, c, d, none of the above or all the above. Others may prefer written or oral exams while others cringe at the thought of presenting and being judged. To provide some clarity, ease and focus we turn to Dr. Sanam Hafeez, a NYC based licensed clinical neuropsychologist, teaching faculty member at the prestigious Columbia University Teacher’s College and the founder and Cl

Phone Home a Hit with The Movie- ET #Review

Image
When I was younger... much younger... I have been told that the first movie I ever went and saw in the movie theater was ET.  I actually don't remember that, but I do remember that I had a little ET doll when I was younger.  It was made out of this leather type material and had a red finger tip and everything.. I have tried getting my kids to enjoy movies that I liked when I was younger, but they really never put forth the effort to try and amuse me... I am crossing my fingers that they enjoy a piece of my childhood with ET!!!    FTC Compliant Review Policy:    The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or representing PR agency for the sole purpose of product testing.
