Masami Hair - Look and Feel Beautiful!

Image
One thing I have always been complimented on is - my hair color of course!  I have actually tried the whole highlight / low light thing... but just plain ol' keeping it the way it is has always worked best for me.  I am not one to primp and do all of that, so just some good shampoo and conditioner has always done the trick.  True story - in high school one of my teachers came in with a purplish - red toned hair color one day.  She approached me to tell me that she had tried (and obviously failed - her words, not mine ) to get my hair color since she loved it so much!  That always puts a smile on my face because while I have fair skin and freckles thanks to this red hair, I really do love my hair.  It makes me - ME!!!   FTC Compliant Review Policy:    The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or representing PR agency for the sole purpose of product testing. Thicken Your Hair with @Pura_Dor #Haircare #review

The end of last year was pretty rough for me...  That is to be shared another day on another post... but the point of this one is this... I ended up in the hospital for pretty much most of December.  I had emergency surgery and thank goodness I was able to be home for Christmas with my babies...  While all of that was going on, I didn't think about much but getting out and getting well and getting back to my kiddos.  Once I was out and back at work, it hit me... I had lost a good amount of my hair.  I have always had VERY THICK HAIR - to the point that whenever I get a hair cut we always thin it.. and then thin it once more..    It would take ages to dry and boy was it hot!!!! Like I said, I was home and healing and I noticed that it didn't take me but a few minutes to dry my hair, it wasn't a big pony tail when I pulled it back and oh my gosh it was so thin!   I asked a few friends what was going on as I was concerned... I mean, if I noticed...

Think outside the box and give treats for times of pampering! #jbgiftguide

I keep trying to think of gifts to give to people that already have everything they could want or need. To me, that means thinking of a fun gift that they might not normally buy for themselves.  One thing for me?  I think face masks (for your skin) are just too cool and I really want to try them all out. Since I don't really take care of my skin, I think that is great that I am interested in this.  I really want to try out all the different sheet masks out there, but I have been eager to see what the mud mask is all about as well.  Lucky for me, I was sent some great products for review.  Mud Mask and "fancy" shampoo! Why yes, thank you.  I would love to pamper myself!   FTC Compliant Review Policy:   The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or representing PR agency  for the sole purpose of product testing. Now, I am prepared with Savannah and according to the doctor, looks like she has it as well. Know what that means?  Lotion, lotion, lotion... and soaps with no fragrance... and all that good stuff.  We were recently sent several items from the Baby line at Sebamed.  I had no clue anything about this brand before, but I guess celebrities are familiar. Yep, the Kardashian babies are using it, so it can't be totally new to the world. ( Maybe just me?)  I have been most impressed with the Baby Cream.  It honest to goodness looks and feels like I am greasing her down with diaper rash ointment, but hey... if it w...

Opinions expressed are my own and are NOT influenced by monetary compensation. Now that summer is closing on us, that doesn't mean that the scents of summer can't be with you throughout the year to enjoy!   Good Earth Beauty has a scent, Coconut Lime, that immediately takes my imagination (and senses) to a beach with the water splashing and the sun shining!    I was sent the Restorative Shampoo to review and I  definitely  fell in love with it.  At $15 for a bottle, I did not use it each time I washed my hair (I chose to rotate it in and out with other products.) I loved the way it left my hair feeling and smelling. This would be a great addition to any care packages you may be sending to a loved one away at school. This also comes in conditioner, so it would mak...
