Taken 2 was just released and I was super excited to watch it!!!! If you know anything about our house, it is that most people have a hard time sleeping in our family. Broxton has fought his sleep ever since he was born (still does at times) and then Marc... Well, he has always had trouble sleeping, as long as I have known him... My mom is another one.. So, when I heard of Dream Water , I knew it would be worth a shot. No... before you freak out, I did not get this for my child, I thought it was worth Marc trying. I originally wanted my mom to try it, as she has a hard time going to sleep and then most always wakes up during the night... But, when I found out about this, she was on a new medication the doctor wanted her to try, so we thought it was best not to add this to a sleeping pill.  I gave Marc one and told him to just drink the whole thing. (They are small, only like 2.5 ounces)  The thing is, they say some people drink half of it before bed... and then if they have a habit of waking up during the night, they drink the oth...

I absolutely loved Viola Davis in The Help, so when I saw she was in the movie, Won't Back Down, I wanted to see it.  Nothing against the rest of the cast, but they were not names that drew me to it... As soon as the movie started, I knew it was going to be one that touched my heart...  Not only for the great storyline... but it was "Inspired by actual events"... Being a mom, it hit home even more. I thought the movie was great and the casting that they did was outstanding.  I honestly do not think of anyone that I can think of that would have done a better job than Viola Davis. Won't Back Down is a movie about a mom... that "won't back down" on making sure her child gets the education that she deserves. As soon as it started, I was already aggravated with the teacher, not really knowing what direction the movie was going in.  I will admit, I got a little misty eyed at times.... and actually got Marc to some what watch it with me!  If you are lo...

When the original Taken came out, I went and saw it at the movies... Loved it.  Talk about a fast paced movie that has you on the edge of your seat the whole time... So, when I heard that there was a Taken 2 coming out, I was excited to see what they had in mind for this time around... I was NOT disappointed! Once again, Liam Neeson is thrown back into the action packed events that make this such a great movie.  In Taken 2, we are in Istanbul and the bad guys from the first movie are seeking revenge.  This time around, he isn't trying to save his daughter though, his daughter is trying to save him!!!! I was very impressed with this and was once again sucked in from the start!                                                  ...

Growing up in South Georgia, I took for granted many of the beautiful things around me... Looking around now, I see the beauty (at least it is to me) and I like to photograph it when I can. We see cotton ... Every single field we pass.... And Broxton loves yelling about the cotton and the cotton gins. So, of course, I had to stop and take a couple pictures. Hope you enjoy!
