This holiday season, we decided that we were going to try and watch more holiday movies.  As soon as we saw EDDIE MURPHY had a new movie out, we knew we had to check it out!!!!  We planned a family movie night and we totally loved it!!!  Make sure to check it out!  When I was younger... much younger... I have been told that the first movie I ever went and saw in the movie theater was ET.  I actually don't remember that, but I do remember that I had a little ET doll when I was younger.  It was made out of this leather type material and had a red finger tip and everything.. I have tried getting my kids to enjoy movies that I liked when I was younger, but they really never put forth the effort to try and amuse me... We have been trying to be better at going to the movies to see all of these wonderful movies that keep being released.  Thing is, it gets rather expensive when you buy the tickets and then what movie watching is complete without drinks and snacks?!?  We had totally planned on going to see Dumbo, but the weekend we got there to get tickets, we realized it had already left the theaters!  I honestly don't know who was more excited to see it... Ready to feel old for a minute?  Here you go... We were introduced to Shrek 15 years ago!!!!! What? I don't know about you, but it does NOT seem that long ago to me.  While I have always loved Shrek, (what is not to love about that big ol' green guy? )  I have always considered Donkey as my favorite character.  He just makes me laugh.  Anyways, to celebrate this big anniversary, I get to host a giveaway for the 15th anniversary edition of the very first film that introduced us all to one another! I will start this post by saying that Broxton is not as "into" dinosaurs as other kids.   He likes them and thinks they are neat,but he could not tell you all the different kinds if he had to.  That being said - the other day, he spotted Walking With Dinosaurs The Movie and decided that he really wanted to watch it.  Now, I fell asleep after about 20 minutes or so ...
