Ready to feel old for a minute?  Here you go... We were introduced to Shrek 15 years ago!!!!! What? I don't know about you, but it does NOT seem that long ago to me.  While I have always loved Shrek, (what is not to love about that big ol' green guy? )  I have always considered Donkey as my favorite character.  He just makes me laugh.  Anyways, to celebrate this big anniversary, I get to host a giveaway for the 15th anniversary edition of the very first film that introduced us all to one another! Mamma Chia is a product line that is new to me.  Let me be honest, for the longest time, I thought "chia" was just something for the "chia pets" I did not realize it was a little seed that was healthy for you!   I was recently sent several products from the Mamma Chia line and I learned that a big majority in me liking a food or not has a WHOLE lot to do with the texture.  I will share more about the products in a minute, but I wanted to point out...  I LOVED the chia bars, they were full of flavor.
