Well, that is what happened to us when I went to check out Light Up Links !!! I had never heard of Light Up Links before, but as soon as I clicked on the website, Broxton was over watching the video just as fast as he could... and he did not bother to move his eyes, until the video was over and he had added light up links to his Christmas list!! We were recently sent the movie Angels Sing and I knew nothing about it... All I knew was that it had Harry Connick Jr in it... and he cracks me up, so I was excited to see it based on that... I realize that these words are not to be used by my son... I know some boys like saying "nasty" words like booger and fart, but honestly... my kid brother used to get grossed out by the word "snot" so like I said, words are picked carefully around here... A few weeks ago, we went back to Albany (Georgia) and while there, I said I wanted to go and check out our "Art Park."  I had heard about it, but was really unsure what it was... From what I gathered, anyone (and I mean, anyone) can go in there and do any form of "art." The open air "art park." Up close, I did not notice that it was a girl.. I just saw lots of flowers...     But, once the photo was taken, it was all clear to me!!!! Broxton was not really sure what to expect! Just another form of "art" in the park! Wasn't really sure what this was...    I thought this was pretty neat...   and sweet!  I think they are supposed to go and paint over it, to make clean canvas for people to go and express themselves... I can not wait to go back and see what it looks like next time!!!! Do you have anything like this where you live?

It included a Turbo notebook, a stopwatch (that Broxton immediately had to grab so it was not pictured,)  magnets, Turbo headband and even a chart.   We set it up to do exercises and Broxton loved getting to put his stickers on it daily marking off what he had completed.  (His exercises included jumping jacks, running up/down the stairs, pushups, army crawling and of course running laps!)  I know I should have used the chart to do chores, but since it was Thanksgiving Break, I thought doing the exercises would be more fun!  We really had a great time and it was all because of the turbo theme! ...
