Are you familiar with Oil Pulling?

At first, I wasn't so sure about it, but when I was contacted about working in a review for Pulling Oil from Gurunanda, I thought I would give it a try. To be honest, I thought it was going to be pretty easy. Just put a bit in my mouth, swish for a bit, spit, brush my teeth and be done with it. Well, it isn't that easy! Yes, that is what you do, but it is hard to swish all that oil around in your mouth.
