I know a book that we will for sure be reading more and more closer to summer time.  Fobie Friends - Hold Your Seahorses!  Water is the WORST!   You see, this book follows a little girl that loves the beach... but doesn't want to go anywhere near the water.... This is Broxton if I have ever seen it.  He LOVES the pool... and LOVES baths... but there is something about the ocean that he HATES.  The one time we took him to the beach, he had a blast, playing in the sand the whole time.. but as soon as we took him near the water, it was a nightmare and he did not like it one bit...  Hopefully reading this book to him several times will get him to realize it really is a fun time!!! Hold Y...

Opinions expressed are my own and are NOT influenced by monetary compensation. The second book that we were able to read from Fobie Friends was Climb the Monkey Bars?  That's Bananas!!  I was happy for this one, as I wanted to make sure Broxton is not afraid of heights... You see, I am not afraid of heights, but I am TERRIFIED of falling... so, most times, I will not climb and do things for my fear... I don't want Broxton to ever be held back, so this was a great one for him to read!   He loved it and as with the other Fobie Book, he loved the rhyming and excitement through it all.  Another thing I loved about this?  The main character is with his Papa on this one... (not the typical mom or dad that are in so many of the books!)   Climb the Monkey Bars? That'...

Opinions expressed are my own and are NOT influenced by monetary compensation. Broxton has never really been "scared" of anything too terribly much... But, for some reason, once we bought this house, he started showing a few fears.  I know some of it has to do with the fact that he has big brothers being typical big brothers... but then other fears are just that of young children.  I am not overly concerned, but I did think it was absolutely awesome that we were sent a few books that show that many people are scared of many different things. The first book for us - Did My Owl Just Growl.  I wanted to read it first, since it was a funny title and I wanted to see what the owl was going to do... (I had no clue at the time that it was the first book in this series!)    Broxto...

Well...  I also told you that I was going to share with you the photos of the Star Wars characters that Broxton met... He was excited to meet Darth Maul... This is one of the LDC staff.  But check out that light saber!!!  Then, he met the Jedi's and he loved seeing them and their light sabers!!!  All of a sudden, Storm Troopers entered the place!!!  He was THRILLED to see them, since he was a Storm Trooper for Halloween!!! There were a couple of different ones, but don't ask me.. I have NO Star Wars Knowledge! But, I do know that we spotted 2 of them riding on one of the rides!!!  Broxton thought it...

Opinions expressed are my own and are NOT influenced by monetary compensation. Just in time for Valentines - or for any day you want to show you love someone... Love You More Than Anything by Anna Harber Freeman is a cute book. I read it to Broxton... but I am also going to "give" it to Marc as well.... You might wonder why I would gift my husband a "childrens book"  and to be honest, it is because it is a book about love!!!   On most days, Marc and I will tell each other we love the other "more than" and then name something... So this book totally fits us!!!!    Each 2 page layout has a cute scene (oh yeah, as soon as I told Broxton the title, and showed him the book, he said it was the two of us on the cover!  I LOVE THIS KID!)   with different ways that ...

Opinions expressed are my own and are NOT influenced by monetary compensation. In working with Zim's Products in the past, I was given the chance to work with them in the new release of their latest products...  The Arnica Zim's Max and the Zim's Advanced Gel.  I was eager to try the Arnica Max Gel as Marc had bruised his leg and I wanted to see if it would help him.  As soon as I applied it, he immediately said he felt a bit of relief. I have actually been able to use one of the products on Broxton.  His eczema started to flare and I applied it to him at night before bed... as he always does, he fought me to put it on him... but once it was on, he was fine and did not seem to be bothered by it.   We have really enjoyed being able to use Natural products without worrying ...
