SHUSHYBYE - REVIEW AND GIVEAWAY

Have you been to the land of Shushybye?
These are THE CUTEST little characters that you have seen in a long time!
The "Shushies" as they are called live in the land of "Shushybye.
At night when your little one goes to sleep, they should "tell the Shushies" their "Dream Wishes!" Then, while your little one is sleeping, the Shushies make the dreams and deliver them in the dream boxes! Ha!!! Isn't this just too cute?

I was able to review the Shushybye Sleepover Surprise book and it is adorable!
Leo and Leona tell their grandmother what they want to dream... and the stars hear the dream and carry the dreams to the land of Shushybye!
It doesn't get any cuter!
(I will not tell you more, you need to get the book to find out!)
:)

Broxton and I read the Shushybye Sleepover Surprise every night before he goes to bed.
Reading about such a great adventure with Snoozles, Zeez and Dozie!
(Aren't the names adorable as well?!)

Did you know that if you have "ON DEMAND" that you can share the love of the Shushies with your little ones? Yes, you can see the video's that they have on there!

The Shushies also have a c.d.

I tried playing it for Broxton at bedtime, but it was a "no go!"
As soon as he hears music, he thinks it is time to dance!
No matter where we are...
If he is standing up, laying down, in his chair...
Music = dance time!!!

I had to give up on that...
But, I still play the "Night Time Prayer" for him.

We have decided that the Shushybye c.d. will be fore when he is getting ready for bed...
You know, bath time and all that... It seems to work better this way!

Guess what?
You can win a book and c.d. combo set of your own!

Zak! Designs - Review and Giveaway

Have you heard of Zak! Designs?
They have mealtime products to satisfy young and old alike!
I really like the uniqueness of the products they offer.
I was lucky enough to work with Chris and he sent Broxton a 6 piece meal set!

Ever since we went to Disney, we have been on a bit of a "Toy Story" and "Cars" kick...
Needless to say, when I was asked which set I would like to review, I had to ask Marc what he thought...
We ended up going with the "Cars" set and I know Broxton loves it!
As soon as the box arrived, he immediately wanted to "eat" with all the cool new products!

Of course, I had to wash them first... So he was not very happy. :(
We received this really cute cup.
I laughed and told Marc that I was waiting on Broxton to turn into that rapper, Lil Jon, that says "Yeah" all the time! LOL, you know, the one that has the "Pimp Cup."
That was what it reminded me of.
It cracks me up watching Broxton drink out of it! He is constantly looking at the car in the bottom... Maybe he is wondering why I put it in there... Or maybe he is waiting for it to come racing out! Either way, he is always giving it this funny look!

We also got a really cute plate with a place mat to match!
The plate has 3 compartments and I like that they actually have ROOM for Broxton to work and try and eat the food. Some other plates have the compartments that are more for decoration!

I really like the eating utensils that they sent.
The handle part is plastic, but the "eating" part is stainless steel.
Broxton has been pretty good at working with them!

The final item that we received was the "fun sip" cup.
We have not used it yet, but I know it is going to be just as great as the rest of the products!
We have used them and of course washed them in the dishwasher. *my best friend! :)
You can not even tell they have been used! That is a plus in my book!
You can buy these products at several online retailers, but why not just look and see what store carries them and head on over to see what all might catch your eye!

Now, guess what?
Chris has said that he would love for one of you to win a 6 piece meal set of your own!!!
You can choose between:
Toy Story, Cars, Princess or Fairies!
How great is that?!

EO Products - Review

I was able to review a few items from the
EO Products line.
Made in the USA!!!!!

Let me first share with you their core values.
This is taken directly from their site:

Core Values

  • We acknowledge the interdependence of all things.
  • We lead by example without perfection.
  • We put people and the planet before profits.
  • We believe that transparency creates trust; we are committed to transparency throughout.
  • We engage with each other and our world in a kind, candid and respectful way.
  • We choose to serve our world by way of mindful actions, everyday.

When I went to the EO website, I immediately felt a sense of relaxation!
With that in mind, I could not imagine how relaxing the products would be!
I really like the fact that
EO Products give back.
EO Products is based out of Marin County, CA and if you take the time to look, you will see a list of all the different groups that they work with in giving back to the community! You can't beat that!

On to the review..............

I was able to sample the product varieties in the
travel size.
Normally, I use a ton of shampoo and conditioner...
This was not the case!
The smell was totally awesome!
French Lavender...
I used a small amount.. (although not the "dime size" that most products tell you to use!) It felt like heaven in there!
The conditioner felt a way that I do not quite know how to describe! It worked well into my hair and rinsed out... leaving my hair clean and smelling outstanding!

The
bubble bath that I was able to review is in a league of its own!

Quite honestly, I did not think that the scent would be that appealing.
I mean, vanilla, coconut and tangerine? Not so sure..
Boy, was I wrong!
I had to tell Marc about it!
The vanilla and coconut gave the feel of relaxation taking over... but then the subtle hint of the tangerine gave you the burst of energy needed!
The problem for me... Use it in the morning, as a wake me up? Or use it at night as a great wind down of the day? Either way! This works!

The final product that I was able to review was the All Purpose Soap!

When EO says "all purpose," they are not joking!
It works so well for many different products, I had to just take the whole list from their site to share with you...
EO® All Purpose Cleaner is the ideal choice for all your cleaning needs. It is an extremely effective grease cutter that produces a rich lather that is gentle on sensitive skin. All it leaves behind is a great clean and the light, fresh scent of pure Essential Oils. Use it to remove grime as it safely and effectively cleans floors, counters, bathrooms and kitchens. Cleans and polishes glass, windows, mirrors, porcelain, unlacquered metals, chrome, aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron cookware, tires and tools. Outside, this All Purpose cleaner is perfect for siding, exterior doors and more. A perfect companion to take along on your next camping trip. Use it anytime and every time you need a good honest clean.

The main thing that I liked about this is although it is a lemon scent, it is not one of the overwhelming ones like most are... I have used it on cleaning around the kitchen and I plan to try it in the wash soon!

Why don't you head on over to the
EO Products page and see what all they have... You will be surprised!

w/w - almost birthday

My birthday is this weekend!
Yay!
LoL, I told Marc that since he was not here last year, I was turning 30 again...
He said that was fine, so I am tempted....
Maybe, just maybe!
Anyways.

Vera Bradley had a nice little sale going on...
So, I called and told my daddy what I would like.
Yes, I am still a daddy's girl!
Look what I got!
(and look how it arrived!)

It is the Messenger Bag I had my eye on!!!
As for the packaging...
My dad wanted to know if I ordered a large cake!
ha ha!

Happy Wednesday!

Don't forget I have a giveaway link up top now..
So much easier!
I have 5 contests that end soon!

Growing Tree Toys

You are looking at one of the newest members of the Growing Tree Toys Network!
Yep, that is right... ME!
I got the email this morning!

Have you looked at their site before?
They have tons of cool toys, including educational toys.
You can't beat that!

One of the things I like about this site is you can narrow down your selections based on age or gender... that really helps you out sometimes.

Guess what I learned today?
They even have a "Deal of the Day!"
Yes! They pick one of their items and sell it really really cheap...
Once it sells out, the deal of the day is over!
How cool is that?
I can not wait to start seeing what all they have on the deal of the day!
