Pineapple or Coconut? What is Your Favorite @NoosaYoghurt Flavor?

Not that long ago, I was surprised with a nice treat...  A wonderful treat from Noosa yoghurt.  (If you have not tried it yet, you are missing out!)  With that treat came tickets to experience SkyView in Atlanta... that would be our big Ferris Wheel, for those not familiar with the area.  Of course, I was thrilled to add that to the list of awesome things I have been able to do with Broxton... Do you enjoy grilled Pineapple?   I know I do, although I have to admit, it isn't something that we eat that often.....  Now that DelMonte's Facebook Page has a coupon on it, we can all check it out!   Here is a recipe you can try out as well:   Pineapple Chicken Kabobs Recipe (Makes 6 (2 kabob) appetizer servings) 3 tablespoons honey 3 tablespoons lime juice, divided 3 tablespoons lite soy sauce, divided 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into (24) 1-inch pieces Ground pepper to taste 2 cups DEL MONTE GOLD® EXTRA SWEET PINEAPPLE Chunks 1 medium Del Monte® red bell pepper, cut into (24) 1-inch squares ½ large Del Monte® sweet onion, cut into (24) 1-inch pieces Peanut oil To make basting sauce, in a small bowl whisk together honey, 2 tbsp. lime juice, and 2 tbsp. soy sauce until smooth.
