I just heard about this last night... My heart just breaks for this man... Well, I would hate it for anyone... but now that I am a mom myself, it is like it hurts more... Please, take a minute and repost this on your blog... share on twitter or facebook... We ALL know how powerful social media is...  Let us all come together and help Ray find his daughter... Just wanted to let you know that I might be gone for a few days... My uncle has been sick and passed away this morning. To be quite honest, I am not sure how much posting I am going to feel up to for the next few days. I want to ask if you pray, please add my family to your prayers.. Prayer is such a powerful thing. With my uncle, he had been sick.. In the end, he was suffering and basically the family just suffered with him, watching him that way. I did not go and see him. Some might not agree with that, but I asked my dad (his brother) and my dad said he thought it would be best for me not to go... I am a very emotional person and I am not good at holding them when needed... My uncle had been holding on... To what, I am not sure... But everyone had started "trying" to deal. Last night, I asked a few friends to pray for God's Will Be Done... And yes, I even asked on twitter for prayers during this time. Then, he was at peace this morning. The good thing? No more pain. I am begging all of you to PLEASE take a minute and say a prayer for my friends, Tom and Maranda . I am not sure if you remember when I posted about Ward Wright, but long story short... They are friends of mine and little Ward, their son... is sick. I am just going to copy the post from their caringbridge site... Please pray hard for Ward! Ward has gotten worse through the night. Our first update during the night from Maranda : Ple ase pray for Ward. He has become very ill, very quickly tonight. His temp is 39.9 (don't know the conversion- this temp is off the chart) and he is miserable. His face is swollen and he's been sick to his stomach. We just learned that he has a line infection so we don't know if the infection is the cause of this or if its associated with the treatment. O ur update this morning from Maranda : Our Doctor just called in and instructed staff to stop treatment. He reviewed Ward's labs from home and Ward's kidneys are not functioning well e...

Yesterday, my heart broke. My cousins little 2 year old baby boy accidentally shot killed himself. I am not sure all of the details, but the gun had a safety on and all of that... That is not the point. I am posting this to ask all of you, my bloggy friends to please keep my family in your prayers. I know that this is so hard on them... Obviously our family is devastated. I mean, how do you cope with losing a child? Much less, a little sweet 2 year old baby? I know that we turn to GOD for support in this, but I know that right now, there are no words that can help console them... We can offer love and support and prayers... Prayer is what we need. My cousin is just a baby herself. She is 21 and now has to try and cope with this? She also has a 6 month old at home... Please, pray for us. We are heading back over to the family house in just a little while. But, knowing the power of prayer, I am asking, please... Pray, for all of us... Our hearts are broken. Also, please... Hug yo...

So, my mom has been complaining that her stomach was bothering her... She went to the doctor on Monday to set her mind at ease. Well, today is only Tuesday, but how about she has to have surgery on Thursday. Yep! She has to have her gall bladder removed. I started to look it up online to understand more. See the post about the fact I could be Broxton's pediatrician because I look up stuff so often) Well, I figured I would just wait until tomorrow and then I can look things up. She meets the doctor tomorrow for them to explain it all to her. Will you all do me a favor? Will you please keep my mom in your thoughts and prayers? Let the doctors be able to go and do what needs to be done... and let my mom have a speedy recovery. Thank you all so much! :)
