Celebrate Fireworks at Six Flags over Georgia

You know how much we love Six Flags.  We went off and on when I was younger... Even bought season passes when I moved up here to go to college.  Then, motherhood came along and I just didn't think about taking my little one up there... Until now.  With the opening of Bugs Bunny Boomtown and now the DC Super Friends Area, he has a great time and I don't have to ride the rides with him!! Win-Win around here. I just wanted to tell you that if you are looking for somewhere to go and see the fireworks this year, Six Flags has you covered! Are you in or near Atlanta?  Have a kid that loves Lego?  If so, you need to take them to check out the Legoland Discovery Center in Atlanta.  We went once and Broxton fell in love. We ended up getting season passes.  We made it a point to go once a month (had to make sure we got use out of it since we paid for it!!!)  Now that he is older, we don't go as often, but it is still a nice treat for us to go from time to time. He always has a good time and the last time we went was when they had changed it all and opened up the Pirate area .  We are due for a trip back, so hope we can make it a day before summer is over.    I know they are always doing great things, so I just wanted to share a couple new things with you. ( I really think the Annual pass can't be beat! For $31.50 you can get an annual pass... talk about a great "early" Christmas gift!)   FTC Compliant Review Policy:  The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufact

Zero Sugar and Zero Sugar - Xyience Energy Drink

Image
Energy drinks normally taste pretty nasty... or they are okay but make me either not feel much of anything, or either I get really jittery and then have a sugar crash and feel like crap.  Having a little one that is trying to adjust her own sleeping schedule at night is totally messing with my energy during the waking hours.  (We also have a 7 year old on summer break that thinks sleep is not needed at all over the summer.)  So when I read of Xyience Energy Drink, I wanted to try it out. FTC Compliant Review Policy:  The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or representing PR agency for the sole purpose of product testing. Opinions expressed are my own and are NOT influenced by monetary compensation. We were sent a couple different xyience flavors to try and I will be honest, I was glad they sent a few different flavors, as the first was not one I would buy again.  The first up was Tangerine.  It tasted like a creamsicle, so th
