We were sent a really cool book from Sterling Publishing, ABC UNIVERSE and we could not wait to check it out!  (We already have the ABC ANIMALS   book, so we knew we would love this one as well!)  This was a really great book with lots of information.  As we read each page, Broxton was surprised to know that there was plenty of information he already knew.  I loved watching his face as he told me what he knew, then we would read about it! He does pay attention in class!!! This is a sturdy board book that has great information on it, with photos to accompany the alphabetical word.

I wish I could have recorded his face when he was given the chance to open and play with his new toy!   So excited with the motorcycle. Opened the box to find lots and lots of little pieces! No need to worry, it comes with all the tools needed to put together. Daddy started working on putting it together.    The motorcycle kit we chose said it was for ages 8 and older.  This kit comes with over 270 pieces to construct one of 3 motorcycle opt

In this book, we meet a family of Dragons... Mom, Dad and their two kids.  Dragon Fire puts a new spin on it, with them enjoying blowing their flames each night... it is their way to bond.  From breathing the farthest to who makes the most beautiful flame, they share this time together... Until m

Check them out:   The Tiny Traveler - France.  This board book is going to be a great book for our little one.  It is perfectly sized for little hands and I am not sure about you, but board books are great for little one

Having a child means that we have lots of "building toys" and he loves playing with them all the time.  We have all sorts of toys and I love that it is letting him use his mind to create... and it is away from technology.  We were sent a new (to us) toy for us to play with and build.   It is Kiditec and it really is kid friendly.  I loved that the pieces were big enough to be enjoyed by both he and I.... but they were not so big that they would be called "baby toys."  Lucky for us, it was easy to assemble a car and he thought it was the coolest thing, being able to build it pretty quickly!    His finished creation. Large pieces, easy to hold and perfect for both kids and adults.

Now, we can just put the DVD on and everyone is happy!!!!     In Season 2 Part 1, the Teen Titans return with a whole new bevy of baddies, beverages and adventures! Partner up with Robin , Cyborg , Raven , Starfire and Beast Boy to defend Jump City against slimy monsters, tyrannical villains and of course, crime fighting induced hunger pains. Every vote counts when the Teen Titans hold team leader elections, Beast Boy dials up the

They took everything but her dream. NOBLE, the award-winning feature film, is the incredible true story of a fearless Irish heroine driven by her daring vision to escape the slums of Ireland and risk everything on the streets of Vietnam.   I was so excited to get an email offering me a chance to give one lucky winner a chance t

He heads to Vegas with his teenage daughter before she heads off to college. But safety never tak

Opinions expressed are my own and are NOT influenced by monetary compensation.   Talk about a cute book!   The Best Easter Egg Hunt Ever from Parragon is a cute book that has a totally different ending than what you think. In the book, an adorable little bunny heads out to go on an Easter egg hunt.  Mother Rabbit told her little bunny rabbit that there were "lots of eggs to find.  There are stripy eggs and spotted eggs, sky-blue eggs, pale pink eggs, and eggs as bright as buttercups!"  The eggs were all beautiful and little rabbit wanted to find the most special egg out there.   She looked everywhere, but ended up helping her smaller animal friends get the eggs they found.  Instead of filling her basket with eggs, she ends up filling it up with odds and ends... Feathers, flowers, she
