If you have visited here before, you know that I am not the best at remembering to take my vitamins.. So, if there is ever any way to help me get what I need IN me... I am all about trying it out... If I forget now... I can surely remember to take it when I drink my water... Because with this... the vitamin is built right in! Enter ACTIVATE . I always have a hard time remembering to take pills... Be it prescription medicine, or vitamins, they just do not get taken on a daily basis..  When I saw that  Bethenny Frankel   had created Skinny Girl Daily ... Let me start this by saying I am not a doctor. Never have been either.. Okay, now that we have established that... Flashback... my childhood...
