With school starting back up for everyone, it is time to make sure everything is labeled and ready to go...  I was just talking to a friend today about what all needs to be labeled for our little ones when they do start school... You know, Broxton is my first, so I really have no clue about any of this... That being said, I was so excited to have the chance to work with Oliver's Labels for a review (and LUCKY FOR YOU... A GIVEAWAY Too!) I was rather impressed when I went to visit their site... Oliver's Labels seems to have thought of it all. As for their designs, they have cute graphics fro, cupcakes to ninja's... They also offer more basic designs, such as just a letter or a simple color.   I was REALLY happy to see that they also have labels that help to remind caregivers of food allergies. We are lucky so far that Broxton does not have any known allergies, but I can imagine the sense of peace when a parent sees that a company has items such as these when ...

I love school supplies.  I get it from my mom... My mother loves pens...   I remember going to her office and she would have these big cups FULL of pens.  I did as well, until I started waiting tables and if you have ever waited tables, you know how fast your pen can grow legs and vanish!   Well, although I am no longer in school... I still love walking through the stationary section... and once the school supply sales start, I have to look and check everything out!   That being said, I can tell you a guilty pleasure of mine these days...   Post-It-Notes . I love them and I have them all over. I get that from my dad.  You see, his office has a nice little supply closet and I would always ask for paper... and then I spotted it... The post it dispenser... It was awesome... It had different colors, not just the classic yellow.. and from that point, I was hooked!   So yeah, my post it obsession...  You do know that post...

As I am getting ready for Broxton to head to school, I realize that other parents/guardians are doing the same thing... At our church, you can grab a brown paper bag and purchase the school supplies listed on the attached paper to help a child that might not get to have NEW school supplies... or any at all...  Luckily, churches are not the only places doing that.   Did you know that Office Depot has established the Office Depot Foundation to help those less fortunate? For the past 11 years , they have participated in providing backpacks and essential school supplies.  Actually, more than 2.5 million bags ! Have you heard of Terracycle ? I have heard the blogosphere buzzing about it, so I had to check it out! Terracycle is just the coolest! Besides making cool products, they are helping the environment!
