I just wanted to share a few of my emails with you...
I might try to do this every so often...

I know that I can not be perfect and always cooking a great 5 course dinner... :)

It doesn't have to always have to be burgers and what not...

    The Baja Salad looks good. Maybe I'll try this Wendy's salad this weekend and see if I can replicate it at home. Doesn't look that hard...it's mostly in the spices because plain black beans (as rich as they are) and corn just doesn't get it.
