Aloha Friday - Quotes
Kailani over at Island Life hosts a great meme...
I am once again linking up.
It is pretty fun.
You post a simple question...
Answer it and then visit others answering theirs!
My question this week:
If you were making a scrapbook, what is a must have quote you would like in it?
My answer:
I want to make one from our trip to Disney last year.
That being said, it would have to be...
"When you wish upon a star..."
Happy Weekend everyone!
I can't wait until my kids are old enough to take to Disney. I bet ya'll had the best time. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteI will not forget you! it is from Isaiah.
ReplyDeleteOh man, I can think of many...probably the verse that is on my blog - "Every good and perfect gift is from above." Lots of different meaning verses from the Bible.
ReplyDeleteOh that's a tough one! I really like this, it's long but great :
ReplyDelete"You may give them your love but not your thoughts, For they have their own thoughts. You may house their bodies but not their souls, For their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow, which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams. You may strive to be like them, but seek not to make them like you. For life goes not backward nor tarries with yesterday. You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth." - Kahlil Gibran
I'm not sure about a quote but...
ReplyDelete"When you wish upon a Star" is my favorite Disney song!!
Happy Aloha Friday!
I guess it would have to do with what is in the book or on a specific page.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!

My foggy brain is prohibiting me from coming up with a quote...but something inspirational for sure! :)
ReplyDeleteAloha: Germy Shopping Carts
Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination.
ReplyDeleteOscar Wilde
Gah, hard question. I scrapbook and use so many quotes! I will say my favorite is....
ReplyDelete"To Have an To Hold".
I'd have to include a quote that my grandmother used to always use -- "Keep your chin up and keep moving". It was her mantra and it has become after hearing it so often :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm a new follower :-)
It's hard to say, I might put something like: "Today is a gift, that's why it's called the present. Gift yourself each day you get ..."
ReplyDeletefor Disney -
ReplyDeletethe happiest place on earth!
its a small world after all
I am not sure which one I would use. I really like that one. We are going to disney in a couple months. =)
ReplyDeleteAs Harriet said, it depends on the page or the photos. But the one I like to use for scrapping about Bill & I is one from Winne the Pooh: "If you live to be one hundred, I want to live to be one hundred minus one day, so I don't live one day without you."
