Friday Feast #2 ( #LINKY ) Southwestern Chopped Salad

Now, I have not tried this one yet, so I am not sure about it.
I just spotted it on facebook the other day and thought it sounded pretty tasty.

Since I don't have a picture of this recipe (remember, I have not tried it yet) I thought I would leave you with a photo of Broxton I took.  Enjoy!
He was holding a piece of a tree stump Marc dug out.  I told him it was a dinosaur bone and he wanted to keep it!  He finally understood I was joking and we threw it away, but it was funny for a few minutes!

Have you tried this particular recipe?  Do you have any salad recipes you would like to share?  Please link up in the linky below!!!
Have a great weekend!!!!

  1. I haven't tried a recipe similar to that one, but it sounds pretty good to me! I can't have avocado, so I'd be subbing the yogurt. Still, the cilantro-lime flavor combination is hard to beat! Let me know if you try it!

  2. The avocado must not be optional! I love avocados!
    Let's put a lot in it :)
I'd love to make this salad.
I need to remember to share and link up.

  3. I've been making a lot of salads this week. We went to Costco, and I bought a package of their romaine lettuce. It's gigantic.

This salad sounds wonderful. I'll have to see if I have time to post a recipe this weekend to link up. I don't have a current one.

  4. This sounds delicious. I think I may try this.

  5. I linked up a recipe I did a little bit ago. I may or may not have time to put something together for tomorrow.

  6. I like that it has black beans in it. Those are a fave!

  7. He's too cute! Trying your loaded baked potato soup tomorrow :)
