Hot Brown Bake - Friday Feast #Linky

It is Friday, meaning time for a new recipe!
Hope you link up a recipe with us, it is fun to try new things, or save them to try out later!
I have not tried this recipe yet, but it sounds pretty tasty and easy to make!
Let me know if you have tried anything like this!

Since I have not made this yet, I thought I would share a picture of my sweet boy when we went to LEGOLAND Discovery Center, Atlanta, for his birthday celebration!

HOT BROWN BAKE:
Ingredients8 oz package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 lb. package smoked turkey lunch meat
8 slices cooked bacon
8 slices Swiss cheese
3 Roma tomatoes, sliced thin
4 eggs, beaten
Instructions
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 2 squares.
Place one square in bottom of 8" pan that is greased or lined with parchment paper.
Press dough to fit pan.
Layer with half the turkey, bacon, cheese and tomatoes.
Pour half the eggs over the top.
Repeat the layers.
Top with remaining dough square.
Pour remaining eggs over top.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, covered with foil. Remove foil & bake another 20-25 minutes.
Let sit at room temp for 15-20 minutes before serving.

  1. I didn't know there was a LEGOLAND in Atl. There is one in FL, but we haven't been to that one.

  2. My mom makes a breakfast casserole that seems similar to this but have never tried this specific one. Seems easy enough to make though, I may have to try it

  4. Sounds pretty good, and easy to make! We tried the hot brown when we visited Kentucky. I'm glad we tried it, but we wouldn't rush back for another. :)
