As a mom, I try and save as much as I can... but lets be honest, I was trying to save money even before I became a mom.  I am not a penny pincher, but I do try and get as much as I can for my money.  That is one reason I love shopping at Walmart - Great Prices!!!   Lucky for us, there is a Walmart near us  and we shop there often!  I love that as of right now (until April 30th)  they have the P&G Stock and Save event going on...
That means savings on items I need and that I use often.

I have always been a Charmin girl.  For as long as I can remember, Charmin in the BLUE (that is how Broxton knows which one to get) is the one we stock our house with.  The other day, our store was out of the blue that is on sale, so I grabbed a pack of the red.  Hey, we normally have TONS of toilet paper, but being sidetracked with doctor appointments, I totally let it get down to one roll in each bathroom and that wasn't happening...  I grabbed the red to get me through (and then returned to Walmart a few days later to grab my blue ... and the sugar that I forgot to buy 2 different times!) 

We use napkins instead of paper towels here, but my parents are obsessed with the Bounty Select a Size, when I saw it was on sale, I had to snap a picture to let them know!

While there, I had to sneak over to the baby section.  I had no clue what price diapers were these days, but we were a Pampers house with Broxton, so I know I will need to stock up on these too, especially since they are on sale right now!

Fire Fly Toothbrushes - #giveaway

Is it a hassle to get your younger kids to brush their teeth? Broxton loves it and asks throughout the day if he can go and brush his... Now that he has a new toothbrush!!! We were sent a couple toothbrushes from Fire Fly Toothbrushes and I just love the concept! With Fire Fly, they light up! You just press the button and they light up for a solid minute. What we do here is a little system. First, Broxton brushes his teeth for the first minute. (just a teeny bit of toothpaste) Then, I brush the next minute (once again, minimal toothpaste.) Finally, he gets to brush them a final minute (no toothpaste.) The system is working and his teeth are clean! During the day, when he wants to brush them.. He can, but with no toothpaste. Well, with the Exergen Temporal Scanner ... Wait is something that can be eliminated! Why do I say that? Just because the wait is merely 2 seconds!
