Are you one of the #BADMOMS ? #Giveaway

***** UPDATE - Contest has ended. Latanya T is the winner.  Thanks to all who entered.*****

I will be the first to admit that I am not perfect. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO MOTHERHOOD. Yes, I am a one of the BAD MOMS out there. There, it is out there. In print. No denying it.  Now that I have said that, let me also say that I do try my best at all times.  I make mistakes, but show me a perfect mom and I bet you that she can find at least one flaw in herself.
I saw the previews for the movie, Bad Moms, and I knew it looked hilarious. I then saw it was from the writers of The Hangover, so I knew it was going to have me laughing.

Bad Momsthe year’s biggest R-rated comedy – a runaway hit with audiences and critics alike – is coming to Digital HD on October 18, 2016 and Blu-ray, DVD and On Demand on November 1, 2016, from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.  The raunchy film described as “incredibly funny!” by Chris Nashawaty, Entertainment Weekly, is the first R-rated comedy since The Hangover to earn an “A” grade from audiences nationwide.  Hailed by critics from The New York Times, Chicago Sun-Times and Washington Post, Bad Moms is one comedy not to be missed.  The Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD come with nearly an hour of exclusive bonus content including hilarious deleted scenes, gag reels and exclusive interviews with the cast and their moms that will have everyone laughing again and again!
Written and directed by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore (The Hangover Trilogy, Four Christmases) and produced by Suzanne Todd, (Alice Through The Looking Glass) and Bill Block (Dirty Grandpa), the comedy also features Jada Pinkett Smith (The Women), Christina Applegate (Anchorman 1 &2), Annie Mumolo (The Boss) and Jay Hernandez (Suicide Squad).  It’s time to party like a mother with this hysterical and relatable film.
In this hilarious and heartfelt comedy from the writing duo behind The Hangover, Amy (Mila Kunis) has a seemingly perfect life – a great marriage, over-achieving kids, beautiful home and a career. However, she's over-worked, over-committed and exhausted to the point that she's about to snap.  Fed up, she joins forces with two other over-stressed moms (Kristen Bell and Kathryn Hahn) on a quest to liberate themselves from conventional responsibilities – going on a wild, un-mom-like binge of long overdue freedom, fun and self-indulgence – putting them on a collision course with PTA Queen Bee Gwendolyn (Christina Applegate) and her clique of devoted perfect moms (Jada Pinkett Smith and Annie Mumolo).  See the movie that critics are cheering as “…a funny, giddy, sentimental laugh-in…” - Manohla Dargis, The New York Times.
The film will be available on Blu-ray with DIGITAL HD and UltraViolet and DVD.
  • Blu-ray unleashes the power of your HDTV and is the best way to watch movies at home, featuring 6x the picture resolution of DVD, exclusive extras and theater-quality surround sound.

  • DIGITAL HD with UltraViolet lets you watch movies anywhere, on any device. Users can instantly stream or download movies to watch on iPad®, iPhone®, Android, smart TVs, connected Blu-ray players, game consoles and more.
BONUS FEATURES ON BLU-RAYTM, DVD AND DIGITAL HD

  • Gag Reel
  • Cast & Moms Interviews:  A collection of intimate moments between the leading cast including Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn, Christina Applegate, Jada Pinkett Smith and Annie Mumolo and their moms.

Okay, here we go.
I loved it.  It was AWESOME...
EXCEPT - the profanity.  I decided to watch it with my mom and I knew she would not like it, because I had a feeling the language was going to be there.  (I am not a saint, let me tell you now, but geez.  It was not even a minute in and the F-bomb was dropped.)  My mom thought it was pretty funny as well, but wished the language was dropped a bit.
Seriously, I get that you use some words to get the point across, but OMG.  Come on. Yes, I have a foul mouth, but NOTHING compared to this crew.  Having said that,  I am not going to harp on the language, but move along.
The movie was spot on.  PTA can drain you at times.  Running kids here and there and every where can be a bit much as well.  This movie shows that motherhood isn't perfect, but we do what we have to do to make it the best we can. I loved how "real" it was.  The bake sale?  The donut holes?  The thoughts the women have running through their head.
Yeah, it was great.  It was raunchy at times (hey, it even says so in their description!)  But it was real.  It was funny and I laughed.  I wouldn't go watching this with my grandma or with the church group, but I laughed and could totally see me and my girlfriends having a Bad Moms Night in watching this again!

Want to see it for yourself?
Just leave me a relevant comment below and I will do a random draw for a winner.  Contest ends November 22.  Open to US residents age 18 and older.
