Summer Reading brings great books back off the shelf... #Hosted

National Read a Book Day had us reading several books around here.  When Broxton was younger, he LOVED to read... but it seems like his love has changed from reading to video games these days and I hate that for him. ( Any suggestions?)  Savannah says she "hates to read" but as soon as I grab a book she sits there and eagerly turns the page and tries to help me read... I really hope that both of them love to read as much as I do, one day!

Groot can't go to sleep yet, there's a whole galaxy that needs to be defended and they must work together to save the day! Then maybe, just maybe, Groot will finally get the rest he deserves!

We absolutely LOVE Marvel at this house, so we love this book so very much.  I know this is one that we will keep even once they outgrow it, just for the nostalgia of it through the years.  Seeing several different Marvel characters in this book is a must have for any and all fans!

You see, every time sick Little Louie calls out for "Mom," his stuffed-up nose brings Bob the dog running instead. Filled with wordplay and situational comedy, BOB, NOT BOB! begs to be read aloud, and it pairs especially well with snuggling.

This book had Savannah giggling the whole time... and it had mama realizing that I need to keep my day job and not try acting... I could NOT fake the reading like I had a cold...   I will spare you the pain of having to hear that!!!!

I LOVE going to the pool, but I normally get burnt. With that being said, I KNOW I am not the only one :) I am always looking to see what other sun protection is out there. With Memorial Day around the corner, I know that many people will be outside enjoying the weather. Cafe Press Made Me Smile - Review & #GIVEAWAY

As I mentioned in my previous post about Cafe Press, I have been trying to find a company that I could use to print my photo's as note cards. Let me tell you... I am very impressed with Cafe Press ! I was given a $50 code to choose a review product. Want to know what I got? :) I bet you do! I am preparing for Christmas early! Ha, now that I think about it... All the items I picked are geared towards Christmas!!! Wow, did not realize that! Oh well! First up, I wanted to see how their personalized ornaments looked. I picked out a photo that I know the boys will remember... The photo quality was great, although I do wish the ornament was bigger. I know that the bigger it is, the heavier it will be, but still... I guess I need to realize that I am not going to have an 8x10 glossy on our tree! I love that you can choose round or oval. They also have several different decorations for it. Next up, I went with a mouse pad. I am still not sure if I am keeping this... or giving it as a gift...
