For Keeps - Dolls With a Positive Message - #ChristmasCountdown #review

Well, the way things are going, tomorrow will be Christmas!  I mean, whew... time is flying so fast! It seems like once we hit September, the days are racing by!  We went out of town for a wedding recently and you know what Savannah did?  She took ALL of the toy flyers that we have been getting in the mail so that she could work on her Christmas list!   She wants a little of this and a little of that.

We were sent one of the For Keeps dolls for review and she absolutely loves it!  The doll is just the right size, but the thing is... it comes with the cutest little cupcake.  The cupcake holds these little messages in it that have affirmations on them.  (There are 20 stickers, but you can obviously write a note of your own for it!)  See the press release below:

The dolls promote Inclusivity, Love, Acceptance, and Self-Empowerment, and each doll comes with interchangeable outfits, a secret positive message tee, and an autographed photo. They also come with a cupcake-style stashbox and a 20 pack of affirmation stickers!

In each box you receive the doll, the cupcake and the 20 stickers mentioned above.  Like I said, perfect size for a little one and the fact that is has a great message to go along with it?  Can't be beat!  
These dolls are available for purchase at local mass retailers such as Wal-Mart and Target, but can also be purchased online at Amazon.  They are under $15 each, so perfect price to buy a couple.  There are 7 different ones in this series, so great to start a collection.

Fire Fly Toothbrushes - #giveaway

Is it a hassle to get your younger kids to brush their teeth? Broxton loves it and asks throughout the day if he can go and brush his... Now that he has a new toothbrush!!! We were sent a couple toothbrushes from Fire Fly Toothbrushes and I just love the concept! With Fire Fly, they light up! You just press the button and they light up for a solid minute. What we do here is a little system. First, Broxton brushes his teeth for the first minute. (just a teeny bit of toothpaste) Then, I brush the next minute (once again, minimal toothpaste.) Finally, he gets to brush them a final minute (no toothpaste.) The system is working and his teeth are clean! During the day, when he wants to brush them.. He can, but with no toothpaste. Momma Must Have - Exergen Temporal Thermometer- Review and Giveaway

As we all know, it can sometimes be a bit difficult to take the temperature of a sick child. Hey, some adults are known to be big babies... The longer they have to wait, the fussier they become. Well, with the Exergen Temporal Scanner ... Wait is something that can be eliminated! Why do I say that? Just because the wait is merely 2 seconds!
