The end of last year was pretty rough for me...  That is to be shared another day on another post... but the point of this one is this... I ended up in the hospital for pretty much most of December.  I had emergency surgery and thank goodness I was able to be home for Christmas with my babies...  While all of that was going on, I didn't think about much but getting out and getting well and getting back to my kiddos.  Once I was out and back at work, it hit me... I had lost a good amount of my hair.  I have always had VERY THICK HAIR - to the point that whenever I get a hair cut we always thin it.. and then thin it once more..    It would take ages to dry and boy was it hot!!!! Like I said, I was home and healing and I noticed that it didn't take me but a few minutes to dry my hair, it wasn't a big pony tail when I pulled it back and oh my gosh it was so thin!   I asked a few friends what was going on as I was concerned... I mean, if I noticed it, for sure others were noticing it as well. 
DUH- I didn't think about the fact that I had been in the hospital getting pumped full of medications daily.  I didn't think about the amount of stress I was under to get out and back home to my family.  I didn't think about the emergency surgery I had to have...   So yeah, lots of factors played a key part.  Lucky for me, I was given the chance to review PURA D'OR hair products!!!  Just in time!!!!

I have been using these products for a while now and I have to say that I have noticed the thinning has stopped.  I have noticed new hair growth coming back.  I have also noticed that it appears as though it is getting thicker again!  I will tell you, I don't use the moisturizing masque as much as I should... I just don't get in the shower and have time to shampoo, then put the masque on with a cap and wait and then take it off and rinse... I am normally rushing to do something else so showers are rather quick.    But I do use the shampoo / conditioner every time I wash my hair!   The healing masque... now first of all, tell me that packaging isn't awesome???  I love it.   Anyways, that is one that you put on and leave in, so it does get used!   I just use a little, as my hair tends to get oily quickly... but it goes a long way and I like the way it smells!   Great thing about this product is you can grab it at Target or order from Amazon.  Easy to get!!!!!
