Minions The Rise of Gru #Review #movienight

Image
As long as I can remember, Savannah has loved the Minions... When she was just a little bitty fan, she would only call them "guy"   all of them... If she spotted a movie, "There's Guy"  in the store... wherever...  We even had to make minion kindness rocks back when we first started them!  Broxton has enjoyed the movies, but not as much as Savannah and guy.  She now knows they are minions and never says "guy" (I miss that age though!)  She still loves them!  When she spotted the new movie, Minions The Rise of Gru, she wanted to go see it so bad!  Unfortunately, movies can be rather expensive these days... especially when you add in snacks.. so we don't go to see all of the ones we would like to. When I was given the chance to review this, I knew I had to do so... just because my girl was going to be so excited!  It arrived and I just sat in on the counter... she immediately spotted it and asked if we were going to have movie night ...

Don't Go To School - #RaisingaReader

Image
Do you remember the first day of school drop off for your little one?  I do!  With Broxton, I was so blessed to know his teacher from church, so that helped.. but man I bawled when I got in the car!  Same thing for Savannah, it isn't like it gets any easier... The book, Don't Go To School takes a new spin on things when it is the mama being upset not wanting the little one to go to school.  Cute book that Savannah and I loved. So make sure to grab it for you and your little ones to enjoy! School snacks, or at home, great for all ages! #Review

Image
It is a struggle... For real.  I know I can't be the only one... but these kids and their lunches and snacks and all that stuff... Haha ha... I just crossed this picture and thought about how much they both used to love Harvest Snaps.  I would have never bought them, but we got them for review and for the longest time, we kept stocked in the pantry...  Some how or another we got away from them, maybe we got burnt out?  I don't remember... but I know that some of my girls at work love them too and then this picture reminded me... We need to stock up on Harvest Snaps again!  Perfect for snack time at school and at home!   FTC Compliant Review Policy:  The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or representing PR agency for the sole purpose of product testing. @StrykeClub helps out the boy and the mama! #Review

UPDATE:  This seems to be doing a great job, and wanted to reshare with you all with the holidays getting closer!!!! Calling all moms of boys....  HELLO?!  I know I can't have the only stinky boy around... Right??  When Marc and I were married, I quickly learned how stinky teenage boys could be... and I was surprised... so when Broxton started to smell a bit, I was prepared for it... but not really.  Why?  Because it is easy to get things for girls... but harder to find geared towards boys.  I mean, I could go grab a mans deodorant, but I wanted something to be more "for him" at his age... Know what I mean? So, when I heard about STRYKE - I wanted to check it out for him!   FTC Compliant Review Policy:  The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or representing PR agency for the sole purpose of product testing. Imani Collective has you covered! #Review

Image
Let me start this post by saying I am not good when it comes to measurements and things like that.  I know who I am and that will never change.  There are just things I do and don't do, and that is one of them. When I hang pictures, I just kind of eye it and hope for the best, my mom on the other hand gets out tape measures and levels and all sorts of things... But anyways, I have been known to order things and when they come in I have been a bit shocked at what I actually got. Oh well, it is just a surprise...  That being said, let me tell you about my latest review.   I was given the chance to review product from The Imani Collective... Luna Finds Love Everywhere #review #raisingareader

Image
As I have said before, we love donating books to our local little free library.  We do keep some for our own library at home (To be honest, I think we have at least one or two books in every single room in our house.)   Not all books are kept or shared with the LFL in our area, some I think are better shared with the kids libraries, so in that case, we end up donating to both of their schools. While reading Luna Finds Love Everywhere, I saw that this would be best shared in the schools so more kids could have access to it.    FTC Compliant Review Policy:    The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or representing PR agency for the sole purpose of product testing.
