#Family Movie Night with Crooked Arrows

Have you ever watched a movie and immediately felt that you needed to start facebooking and tweeting and calling to let everyone know about it?
I know that I posted about a not so family oriented movie earlier, so I needed to share this with you now!
Truthfully, it is that good that I wanted to go ahead and let you all know about it, in case you were planning your weekend, you can consider watching this for a family night at home!

Crooked Arrows was a great movie and it is for sure family friendly. I do not think I heard them say any profane words and I even noticed where most movies would have chosen another word, they said "tail."
Okay, it does have a few scenes in a casino... and girls dancing on the bar for about a minute, but that was really it...
Just a heads up, the caption on the screen says "vagina" twice I think... but it was just where the kids got a translation wrong... they were not being perverts or anything...

So, what is it about Crooked Arrows?
Well, long story short...
Here is the synopsis:
You’ll stand up and cheer for this feel-good sports thriller starring Brandon Routh (Superman Returns).  The ancient sport of lacrosse has been part of their tribal heritage for centuries, but the Native American players on the Crooked Arrows high school team are long-time losers. When former star player Joe Logan (Routh) agrees to coach the rag-tag group to seal the deal on a lucrative casino project, he sets out to turn the chumps into champs and, in the process, learns the value of loyalty himself. If the Arrows can learn to shoot straight and challenge their prep school rivals, these fast-breaking warriors may just pull off the ultimate upset and win it all!

This movie is so much more than a movie...
It teaches you about RESPECT.  For your family, your heritage, your community and most of all, yourself!
Broxton was really into it for a bit, but then nap time got the best of him!  (Side note, loving that naps are coming back into the picture here... He gave up on them for a bit... I personally really enjoy them!)

I was not familiar with the cast, except for the one guy (dad in the movie) was familiar to me from all of the Twilight Movies... I thought that the "coach" was familiar, but I never watched Superman Returns, so I am not sure... The girl in the movie reminds me of someone, but I have yet to figure it out...
Long story short...
This is a great movie...   If you love sports or not...   Kids or not...
If you are a fan of LACROSSE, you will love it, as I think there are not many Lacrosse movies out there!

It was released on October 23rd... So, it is ready for you to purchase or rent today!!!!
Make tonight a movie night and you will NOT be disappointed!
(This would make an AWESOME gift for anyone on your list!)
