Kid to Kid sells more than just clothes. They do have a great number of clothing items, but I was impressed with the "big toy" or "big ticket" items that were available for purchase.

Not that long ago, I was invited to a Grand Opening of a store that was new to me... It is called Kid to Kid and it is a resell shop. Kid to Kid has several locations, but this was for the grand opening of the one in Dunwoody, Georgia. If you follow me on Twitter, I shared with you the event, so you can't say you were not told about it. Also, I even shared a few photos on Instagram as well. They had a guy there making Balloon things... I can't say balloon animals, because it was so much more. He made an Ariel you would love as well as a Ninja Turtle and other amazing creations. I was VERY impressed! Anna and Elsa from Frozen were even there and to add to the excitement, they also had a DJ playing up beat music and offering giveaways throughout the festivities! Needless to say, it was a great time and I can not tell you how many people were there, but they had a great turnout!!
Kid to Kid has an end cap that is full of safety items that one might need to keep the home safe with a new explorer on the loose!
While Kid to Kid is known as a "resell" shop, they do have several new items if that is more of what you are looking to purchase.
A wide variety of styles and sizes awaits you at the shoe section of the store. (Also, please note the other larger items on the top shelf for sale.)
Since becoming a mom, Melissa and Doug has become a familiar name brand to us for their toys. It was nice that they offer previously owned toys (that Broxton ended up having to buy) as well as new in packaging toys available as well.
We really had a great time shopping there. The date of the event, we still did not know if we were being blessed with a boy or a girl, so I did not know what to buy. I still had a great time and walked out of there with gender neutral burp cloths, a toy for Broxton and then a few outfits for both a girl, as well as a boy! In my opinion, the prices were great and the clothes looked to be of great quality to pass approval for them to sell.
Head on over to their site to see what they are buying, make a little extra money to spend while you are there!

ReplyDeleteLooks like a great store!
ReplyDeleteI see the Melissa and Doug brand. That's one of my favorites! Isaak still plays with their scratch board light box set. I had to go buy more scrach board papers though. Then the boys both do the United States puzzle by them to.
ReplyDeleteI'm not familiar with Kid to Kid but seems awesome!
ReplyDeleteI love consignment sales, so this seems right up my alley! :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like a cool store. I'll have to check it out.
ReplyDeleteI would certainly be checking out the infant stuff and finding some cute outfit!
