Remember how I told you that we had been busy lately?  Well, in all our hustle and bustle, we had the opportunity to go to Six Flags over Georgia for their Holiday In the Park.  It has been years since I had been to Six Flags and it was Broxton's first time.  He had been BEGGING to go for quite some time and I am so glad it finally worked out for us to go!
We were actually able to get my brother to come with us too, so it was a fun family adventure!
I was not sure what to expect, so we were all like children filled with excitement!!!

When we arrived, they literally had the red carpet rolled out for us, since it was a special media invite only night.  If you look behind Broxton, one of the employees was photo bombing!  It was nice to see everyone having a good time as soon as we walked in!! (Side note, look at the balloon toy soldier.  Talk about talent!)

As we entered we were greeted with snacks and good time while we waited for the lighting of the Christmas tree.  They had carolers singing and even guys on stilts.  Talk about going all out!!!   Once the tree was lit... (The countdown started at 6 instead of 10!!!  FUN!)  We headed to check out the rides.  Broxton was thrilled... as he had never been on one before. That was a good reason to recruit my brother, so he could ride since I had Savannah!  Broxton's first ride had him a bit scared, but he did not give up...  He wanted to ride more and ended up having a great time, to the point that he is ready to go back already!
We were able to get a family photo of us in front of the lit tree.

This is not a good photo, but they had an inflatable snow globe set up for you to enter and get your photo taken!

The thing I loved most were all the photo ops throughout the park.  They had set up little backdrops randomly throughout, but they also had beautiful sets that just begged to be photographed.  It was hard to do so, since Broxton wanted to see and do as much as he could in the time we were there, so I did not get as many photos as I wanted.  Another reason is that I want to live in front of the camera and not always behind it.  It is just as fun and seeing his face is worth it all!
