We were recently invited to go and try out the new Pumpkin Pancakes that are available at IHOP for a limited time. IHOP has always had tasty food, so I knew that it was sure to taste great. The problem was that they also had the Sweet Peach Crepe, so I was torn! I wanted them both! I ordered one for me and the other for Marc... that way, we could share them both and not worry about the crisis at hand over how to satisfy our taste buds that wanted it all!
Eggs, Sunny Side Up, Sausage Links, Hashbrowns and Pumpkin Pancakes.
Scrambled Eggs. Bacon, Sausage, Hashbrowns and a Sweet Peach Crepe.
As always, the service was great and the food was fantastic! The pancakes were so light and fluffy... Like heaven on a plate!
Here are the details:
Each order of IHOP restaurants’ signature pumpkin pancakes, made with real pumpkin and spices, comes crowned with creamy whipped topping. Guests can order pumpkin pancakes alone, or as a combo served with two eggs, any way they like ‘em, hash browns, and a choice of crispy bacon, pork sausage links, or sliced ham.
And, for the first time ever, guests at participating IHOP restaurants can order a cup of piping hot pumpkin coffee that combines IHOPrestaurants’ 100% Arabica International House Roast Original™ coffee with a touch of pumpkin syrup, made with real pumpkin, and then crowns the cup with whipped topping and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice sugar.
Marc and I both commented that it was a great breakfast and the pancakes ( and crepe) made for a tasty breakfast dessert! Both were delicious and we decided that we need to enjoy the pancakes while we can, before they are gone! If you are a pumpkin fan, head on in and try them out!
Tell me, don't they look amazing?
While this doesn't deal with Pumpkin pancakes, I did want to share that IHOP will be honoring Veterans this Veterans Day:
In celebration of Veteran’s Day, participating IHOP restaurants across the nation will honor the brave men and women who have served, and are currently serving in the United States Military. From 7am to 7pm on November 11, IHOP will offer free Red, White, and Blue pancakes to veterans and active duty military to, in some small way, thank them for their bravery and service to our country.
Do you ever eat at IHOP?
I love IHOP and their pumpkins pancakes are awesome! We go there every Sunday.
ReplyDeleteI just love pancakes. We have I-Hops, but we don't have Waffle House.
ReplyDeleteI'd try them. I think pumpkin pancakes w/choc chips are yummy too. I wonder if butterscotch chips would be good w/'em. Just thinking out loud... :)
