 Have you ever eaten something and it was really good so you talk about it for a few days?  Some time back I was able to go and try a bagel from Einstein Bros Bagels and it was so good.  So good that when I set up a meeting with a friend of mine, I suggested Einstein Bros Bagels again, just so I could get that same bagel.
I was recently given the chance to work with Einstein Bros Bagels in a review of a limited time menu option, keep reading, I will tell you about it in a second...  First, I want to show you a picture of THE bagel that keeps bringing me back.

Nova Lox.  YUM!!!  Bagel with cream cheese, onion, tomato and SALMON on it.  If you know me, you know I love Salmon.. I even had to have it at our wedding reception!  So anyways, I got my "usual" because it is that good, but then I wanted to try the purpose for me going there that day. The limited time "twist n dip" bagel.  *** Price is for this location. I am sure it varies depending upon where you are located.  

I really enjoyed the bagel, especially because it gave me an opportunity to try out a couple of their Shmear flavors.  I had never tried them before, but oh wow.  So good.  I love how they make the bagel with the ease of pulling it apart to dip it in. I just wish I would have had Broxton with me that day, as I know he would have really enjoyed it.

Double Whipped: Plain, Onion & Chive, Salmon, 

Reduced Fat: Plain, Garden Veggie, Garlic & Herb, Jalepeno Salsa, Blueberry, Honey Almond, Maple, Strawberry

They have additional flavors (16 to be exact!)  I just can't remember them all.

While I really enjoyed the Twist N Dip option, the greedy bagel fan in me wishes that they would offer all of the different bagel flavors as a twist n dip.  I know that would not be possible, but still. Sounds good, doesn't it?
