A Few More Date for @SesameStreet #PopUpTour #KisforKindness

Savannah is a HUGE fan of Sesame Street, especially that cute red monster, Elmo!  If you follow me on Instagram, you know we had a blast when the Sesame Street POP UP TOUR: K is for Kindness came our way.  I was SO EXCITED to get to take Savannah and to see her little face light up seeing her friend made my day!
This was the set for the event. Elmo and Abby came out and put on a show.  We weren't able to stay for the event, since Big Brother had a basketball game, but we were invited to a media pre-show to get to meet them beforehand.

Saturday, February 11th Portland (Washington Square/Portland, OR)
Saturday, February 18th San Francisco (Stoneridge Shopping Center/Pleasanton, CA)

When it comes to ANYONE besides Mama, Daddy and Brother, she is not a fan... until she warms up for a good while.  I was wondering how this greet would go and I am happy that she went right to them.  She would do like a game, run to them, run to me, back and forth.  It was so sweet and Elmo, Abby and the staff were great in letting her play!

She was looking at Brother, so no pictures have her and Elmo both looking at me.  We tried.

One section had these cubes (*I need to get one for Savannah!)  the puzzles and lots and lots of books to sit and enjoy with your little ones!

Another area had ipads set up with Sesame Street Apps to enjoy!  (Big Brother went to that since he was "too old" for this!)

They even had a photo prop area with the steps ready to be photographed on!  Of course, she was too busy seeing what all was going on around us, but it was fun to try and get a picture!

A BIG THANK YOU for having the Pop Up Tour come our way.  Seeing her excited to see Elmo (and not want to leave) was the best gift I could have asked for!!!!!   I am pretty sure we will be having an Elmo birthday party this year!  Make sure if you are near one of the last locations that you make it a point to go.  It was so fun and we didn't even get to see it all!
Also, if you are near Perimeter Mall, make sure you follow them so you can see what all fun events they have planned throughout the year!

  2. Aw that's nice that you got to see the pre-show. I used to love taking the kids to see the show. I hope to take my granddaughter someday too. :)
