Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday. In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too.

    Well there are the longer standing must sees like Bones, Greys Anatomy, Castle and Big Bang Theory. As for the newer shows coming out, my husband and I are really liking Running Wilde.

    This time of year always puts me in the mood to watch all of the paranormal investigation shows...BUT I make sure my hubs is up with me because I get a little freaked out ;) thanks for stopping by Sunny Bug!
