How creative are you? Aloha Friday - # 58

Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday. In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too.

What is the most creative costume you ever made or wore?

My answer -
When I was younger, my mom helped dress me up as Groucho Marx!
Yep!!! I really need to find the picture!
I had the grey wig... The fake cigar... The black glasses...
The suit! I love it!
:)
Happy Halloween everyone!!!!

  5. One year, at a Halloween Bash/Dance at a local bar, I went as Martha Stewart. (Back in the year she was put behind bars) I found a blond wig online that really looked like her hair (one side of the bangs hung down in my eye, ya know) I wore a striped black/white jail suit. I had handcuffs on. On my entrance, I carried a huge plate of Halloween cookies to give to everyone while saying, "It's a good thing". I had fun playing the part. We had a lot of laughs.

  8. I have made a few... Let's see I think this years is the best. Daughter wanted a smurf one. No pattern so I had to view a movie and design one of it.

  9. How cool - Groucho Marx! The most creative costume was the Double Mint Twins with my co-worker. We had identical blonde braid wigs, green shirts, white pants and we carried around packs of the gum. It was so cute!

  10. :) I totally want to see that pic!

I've never made a costume before. I'm not that creative and my kids are just getting the idea of halloween, so not sure how that will progress with costumes.

    Have a lovely weekend!
