Back to School with T.J.Maxx

When I think of back to school shopping, I immediately start thinking of what all we need.
One thing, clothes!!!

I hate to admit it, but I never thought about T.J.Maxx and Marshalls carrying more than clothes!
I did not know that they had book bags and lunchboxes!

I was able to join up with the campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of T.J.Maxx and Marshalls to go and see what I could find.

I decided that we would check out T.J.Maxx, as I had not been to this one yet.
I first of all went to the infant/toddler section.
I guess it was out of habit, as I knew that I was there to get clothes for the older boys.
The clothes and prices for Broxton was great!
They had the outfit sets (I love those, as it makes it easier for Marc to dress him when they are like that! LoL!)
They had adorable pajama's and a decent selection of toys!!!

Then, I snapped out of it (remembering Marc was in the car... he is NOT a shopper!) and we headed to the older kids area.
Well, let me back track.
We headed to the mens clothing area!

I knew that most of all, I wanted to look at getting them jeans.
That is one thing they seem to never have enough of, as they are growing boys that play hard!
Sure enough, they had tons of jeans to choose from and I decided that we would go with Levi's.
Levi's have been around forever and are a great quality in my opinion.
Not to mention at around $15 a pair, I could not beat the price!!!

I grabbed a pair for each of the boys, but I did still want to look a bit.
I also saw that they carried Calvin Klein jeans!
They had polo brand shirts at discounted prices!
(Also, knowing me... I loved looking at the MSRP prices around $35 and then the T.J.Maxx prices of $12!!! Sure made me smile, knowing the savings that they have there!!!!)

Broxton spotted a Thomas the Train Lunch Tote, so we went over to look at it... and all the other ones that they had for older kids!
It was only around $7.
Now, if Broxton was in school, or even needed this at all, I would have grabbed it at that price, but who knows, by the time he is in school, Thomas might not be what interests him then!
I did wander over to the book bags just to look at the prices.
$10. Yes, only $10.
They had plain ones and designed ones, as well as those with characters!
(This picture is just one area, they still had more racks of them!)

I will for sure keep T.J.Maxx in mind next time we go shopping!
