I was lucky to have a couple different baby showers when I was pregnant with Broxton.
One of my best friends threw one for my coworkers to come to and you know what was neat?  She asked for them to give a book instead of a card to start a library for Broxton... I thought that was so neat...
Then, another person gave us a gift that was "wrapped" in a baby themed "photo box."  I thought that was sooooo very cool... Instead of wrapping and throwing away the wrapping paper, or buying a gift bag, the wrapping could also be included as part of the gift!!!

That got me to thinking...

I was recently sent a Built Baby Buddy Essentials Caddy.
At first, I thought it was sort of small, but then I realized there was SO MUCH room in there!
The Built Caddy is perfect!!!
The best thing about this bag is that you can just wipe it clean...
As a mom, that is a great thing to know, since we ALL know how much things get spilled/thrown onto items with a little one around!!!
The Built Baby Buddy Essentials Caddy comes in a couple different patterns, so it is great for both boys and girls...  Or unisex as well!!!
After seeing how nice and roomy it is (for a caddy)  I was thinking that this would be a great way to package a baby gift...   Instead of buying a baby gift bag, get this as part of the gift and they will get much use out of it!!!   I wish I would have had a caddy when Broxton was a baby, but I know to get one if we ever have another one!!!

If you are looking for a great gift idea for someone with a baby, or for someone expecting...
Check out the Built Baby Collection, there are many things for a wide variety of price ranges!!!

  1. Good Idea on making it a gift bag, they are cute and little different the traditional baby totes or bags that I have seen. I would turn it into a gift basket and load it up with a lot of baby items. My favorite pattern is the Baby Pink Mini Dots

  2. That is cute, and you're right it would be a great way to package a gift. I'd have loved getting one of these for my baby shower.
