While some people may enjoy going out for St. Patricks Day- others might want to have the festivities at home.  I know when I worked in the bar, people would use that as a great time to go out and have fun... Like adults need an excuse?  Hey, it is Monday guys, we made it through the start of a work week!   Seriously though...  If you want to have the festivities - or if you are busy scrambling to get kids fed, homework done, baths had and ready for bed... but you still want to have a great celebration...
Think about stopping by the store and making it a fun night in!!!
I am adding a dip recipe (who doesn't love a great dip?) and I am also throwing in a cajun wing recipe - had to do that for Marc!   These recipes were provided and I have not tried them out yet...
