Happy Valentines ( with a #BuildABear #Giveaway )

I don't remember my first experience with Build-A-Bear, but I know I loved it... I do remember Broxton's first time there and I will always remember the excitement on his face.  When he was a baby, we were sent a couple Build-A-Bear items for Christmas and each year we proudly display them in our home.   From the Build-A-Bear items to the experience of visiting a location, Build-A-Bear takes pride in their company and in what they produce!    I just hate that I have never really thought about getting a Valentines gift from them, until now!!!  I was lucky enough to be contacted about getting to host a giveaway for one of you lucky readers to win a cute animal!  (It will not arrive in time for Valentines, but when is love ever out of season?!) 
I thought this little monkey was so super cute. 

Having once owned a dalmation, they always hold a special place in my heart!

Share Your Heart and Donate to Make-A-Wish this Valentine’s Day!
Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest and most sharing times of the year at Build-A-Bear Workshop, so it is the perfect opportunity to ‘share your heart’ to help Make-A-Wish create special days for the children who need them most.  From now through March 31, 2015, guests visiting any Build-A-Bear store who make a donation of $1.00 or more can have the opportunity to purchase a satin heart to benefit Make-A-Wish. Fire Fly Toothbrushes - #giveaway

Is it a hassle to get your younger kids to brush their teeth? Broxton loves it and asks throughout the day if he can go and brush his... Now that he has a new toothbrush!!! We were sent a couple toothbrushes from Fire Fly Toothbrushes and I just love the concept! With Fire Fly, they light up! You just press the button and they light up for a solid minute. What we do here is a little system. First, Broxton brushes his teeth for the first minute. (just a teeny bit of toothpaste) Then, I brush the next minute (once again, minimal toothpaste.) Finally, he gets to brush them a final minute (no toothpaste.) The system is working and his teeth are clean! During the day, when he wants to brush them.. He can, but with no toothpaste. As we all know, it can sometimes be a bit difficult to take the temperature of a sick child. Hey, some adults are known to be big babies... The longer they have to wait, the fussier they become. Well, with the Exergen Temporal Scanner ... Wait is something that can be eliminated! Why do I say that? Just because the wait is merely 2 seconds!
